+ -1 moreLance and crew are very knowledgeable, prompt, and offer fair prices. Called them in the evening about an AC condenser problem, and by the very next morning the job was done. If you have a home or business, save their number right now. You'll need a good, dependable, and affordable crew, and they are it. They do HVAC, construction, electrical, basements, and pretty much anything to do with building or maintaining a home. I've looked around and K.S. Mechanical Services are quickly becoming my "go to" crew for anything home, maintenance, or upgrade related. An easy 5 out of 5, highly recommend.

+ -1 moreI would give Lance and his crew 10 stars if I could. He and his crew are very professional, respectful and friendly. Work was done in one day (replaced old air conditioner and handler) without much mess (which they cleaned up anyway). I will definitely contact Lance again in the future for any HVAC service.
