Description of Work: Phil scheduled an appointment to review the work and discuss the pricing. The quality of the product and reviews of it online seemed to be good. Once we negotiated a price and were provided a great financing offer we agreed to proceed. They set a start date. The crew showed up on time and ready to work. They stripped everything off and took it away the same day cleaning up quite well. Dimitri and his team came the next day with supplies and started working on the siding. Windows were installed once delivered as well. They were extremely professional, put in pretty long days to get the project done on time and on scheduled. They paid great attention to detail and did a great job. They removed all the existing cedar siding, repaired any wood needed, and replaced the siding with cedar ridge siding. Also installed new soffits, gutters, and windows. I would recommend Dimitri, Phil, and Sam and the King Quality Construction team to anyone who needs to have siding work done. They went above and beyond expectations and did a great job on the entire project.

Description of Work: We had our roofs stripped on our house and our oversized detached garage and a new one put on. We replaced several windows, multiple entry doors, and a slider with Anderson or similar quality products.Then we had the house and the garage resided with Cedar Ridge siding.Overall this was a pleasurable experience starting with Mark their sales rep and continuing right through Andy and his roofing crew and Gerry and his siding crew. We feel that the quality of their work was outstanding and we would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: We had work done by king quality last week. The two contractors, Gus and Emilio installed siding, soffit, and 6 windows. The work was done with great care and attention to detail. The barn looks like it was built this week, even though its 80 years old. I couldn't stress enough how professional both gentlemen were. They always were courteous and said yes to any problems that came up during construction. The price was very competitive. The job was done in a short period of time.

Description of Work: Horrible they sent 2 Spanish men over who barely spoke English to put a tarp over my damaged section of flat roof blown off by sandy. They threw the rubberized roof onto my bushes damaging them and didn't even remove it or cut it up and refused to take it them my husband cut it up put it in his truck and took it to his job which is sanitation To make matters worse tarp installed inCorrectly and with the nor'easter it poured into the upstairs bedroom down to kitchen now I have water damage. My husband came home to water pouring out of ceilings, called king quality they came in the storm and put another one up. Now I ave all this damage, will never use them again.

Description of Work: We called this company to have them re-roof our home and put new siding on. We were a little confused as they were a large company and were the most expensive estimate; however, they specifically told us that we should go with someone else. It just threw us for a loop, because who says that about their own company. I will say I do appreciate their honesty in saying that our job was too much for them. It was just an odd experience overall.
