We selected GTECH based on their 5 star review on home advisers. We were pleased with the crew and the quality of their work from start to finish. In short GTECH crew work hard, they have good work ethics, are professional, honest and honor their word. Crew worked for about 12hrs on the first cleanup. They promise 1 free follow up remediation if we failed. Unfortunately, the molds were stubborn and we failed the first post remediation mold test. We called GTECH and they came back as promised. They followed the recommendation from the mold testing company. They work just as hard the second time. I am happy to say that their hard work paid off and Yes, we are mold free finally. Although the mold situation was very stressful dealing with company like GTECH made the process a bit easier. The owner is skilled and goes beyond the call of duty. As a nurse, trustworthiness and ethics are big on my list. I highly recommend this company and wish them great success.

Project manager was very attentive to my concerns and problems. He answered questions. The crew were very considerate. My handyman praised the work done in the basement crawl space. Time will tell if the mold remediation was successful.
