From the minute we hired GTech, they provided top service. We came home to a slab leak in our home and our plumber recommended GTech. Jack was terrific to work with from the start. He sent a crew out to survey the damage and remediate/repair. The crew was very neat and knowledgeable. We also decided to use their contractor Frank to repair all the damages (bathroom, hardwoods). Frank was fantastic to work with and made sure everything met our expectations throughout the entire process. We couldn't recommend GTech and their contractor Frank anymore. What started out as a terrible mess turned into an amazing outcome. Thank you GTech!

Mr. Flandrau and his employees were without question the best people we have ever dealt with in the "home issues and improvement categories." Every aspect of the job from the initial consultation to the final walk through was punctual, professional and done extremely well. Mr. Flandrau dealt with difficult insurance situations and a problem noone else was able to assess correctly. He did what was needed to find the cause of the problem all while being very respectful of our home and all of the issues we were dealing with. After having lost faith in most contractors, I am thrilled to know there is a company out there that actually lives up to all that they promise to do and takes pride in their work and employees. Had several estimates and chose G-Tech Following the initial walk through. Not a good value, appeared the job may have been subbed out because when the crew showed up they did not appear to know what the job entailed. What really did it for me was that these guys framed out a closet, hung the sheet rock, taped, sparkled and painted It all in the same day. Sub-par work....left a mess. Following my complaints, they came back and tried to complete the job as estimated. Very disappointed.

As I was leaving home for a funeral i found out my pipes had collapsed under my house. Don was there within 20 minutes, his guys Will, Usman and Tommy did a beautiful NEAT job of cleaning up the mess and getting my messy smelly crawlspace ready to be refitted with all new pipes. I cant thank them enough for their kindness and responsiveness when I needed it most.
