I can’t express my gratitude enough for what this company did for my mother. Having an electrical fire at her house was scary enough. They were there from the moment we needed them and guided me through the entire process and made me understand each step. The 5 man crew came within two days of contacting Global and getting an estimate from Ken the owner. They had all the necessary equipment and did an excellent job in the finished attic of my garage. They even put an extra coat of special paint on the ceiling at no extra cost. They also removed a rug and some building materials from the attic also at no extra charge. I needed this work done as part of a home sale inspection and Global took before and after photos and provided the necessary forms and certificates for the real estate agent and attorneys two days after job completion. I highly recommend Ken and Global Restoration.

Global was great! We had a large flood in our home due to a pipe leak. Global helped us file a claim with our home owners insurance. They started work immediately and cleaned up the mess. Overall I would say they are one of the best out there.

Ken is trustworthy and professional. I had never had to deal with mold. The mold was in my daughter’s room and I was very upset. Him and his staff were so helpful. They helped me pack up items, cleaned her crib and helped me get her crib in another room. They left the room immaculate during mold remediation. Would definitely hire again.

I had a very bad mold situation in my attic and roof due to a roofer that closed vents in my vents 3 yrs ago. This created a very very bad mold situation. Well they came in and removed the mold did a bag up job restored my wood back to the original wood color. Thank you

Ken did an excellent job of removing large sections of wallboard affected by mold and treating studs to prevent recurrence. He also discovered the mold source, a dryer vent that had never been hooked up properly so that it discharged high humidity air into the attic. Ken fixed that. Once the mold area was inspected and tested, he rebuilt the closet. Did an excellent job and worked around our schedule.
