Description of Work: They waterproofed my basement, repaired cracks in foundation wall, replaced brick wall with stone veneer and replaced concrete walkway with paving stones. | |We contracted General Brick Designs for waterproofing and masonry work. It was a very positive experience from start to finish. Ed is a true gentlemen, very knowledgeable and professional. You couldn't get a more caring person. He'll walk you through the job and explain it in ways you can understand what needs to be done and why. The man has a passion for his work and it reflects on the job and his work crew. They, as well, work diligently every day, pay great attention to details, are talented craftsmen who made a beautiful design for our job and left everything clean and orderly. Ed made our house into a lovely home. We were extremely happy with the work. I definitely recommend this company; you will be 100% satisfied with their outstanding work.

Description of Work: I called General Brick Designs last week which was 8 days ago and left a message for someone to call me back because I wanted to get an estimate on adding more Cambridge brick around my pool area.Not one person from the company contacted me. UPDATE: Edward the owner later contacted me to apologize, he said it was a misunderstanding and that he thought he called me back. He sounded very truthful and genuine and I appreciate the effort he made.
