Description of Work: Just a note re date of service - I only know it was in 2015 - do not remember when |I had slipcovers made for a couch. Job was done as per agreement. Fabric selection in my price range seemed somewhat limited but I was able to find something that worked. |The cutter was obviously very experienced at his craft and it shows in the end result. The slipcovers fit very well - just enough room to allow for shrinkage with cleaning or laundering. |The delivery time was not unreasonable - and was close to what had been specified. |The only issue I had was initially in setting up an appointment to have the measurements taken, things got fouled up through a misunderstanding. Ultimately, this was resolved quickly and the project moved forward.

Description of Work: I have inherited chairs that were damaged in the hurricane. They refused to give a written estimate without an order. The $500 requested for the down payment was unrealistic since I have the first floor of my house to replace. I would have been happy to return to them when I had an estimate to give to my insurance adjuster and they paid me for the work. Now I will go back when h*** freezes over.

+ -1 moreIt took approximately a week as they indicated. Cushion cost was based on size and choice of fill - these are large and all down. They called us when the cushions were ready, and they carried them out to the car for us.The cushions look great.

+ -1 morecalled me back right away. was able to speak to the boss. very sweet and reccommended me other options that would cost less than what i had in mind. than gave me an honest quote and suggested i buy a new pc than re do mine, if it was not an antique or i was attached to it. i took his advise. i would call this business again if i needed his services. very polite, honest and accomodating.
