Description of Work: The young man who came (was actually nice) said that the reason why the heat didn't work is because the thermostat setting was on "cool" instead of "heat". My husband swore that he set it on heat. The young man changed the setting to "cool" and for this 5 minute visit, the company charged us $160+$13.80tax = $173.80. When I called to ask them to budge as the fee for the 5 min visit was outrageous, instead of hearing me out, the secretary was despicably rude and unhelpful. She was condescending and literally told me "you should have checked the settings on the thermostat yourself." I will never ever call this company again, even though the young man that came was pleasant. Note to owners: your greediness just lost you a customer.
