For clarity, I will paste our correspondence as followsI I bought a house from the Mxxxxxxo family at 6 Pxxxxxx. When I moved in I called your office and asked for a repair of the alarm system you installed. The price you quoted was astronomical as well as was the monitoring fee which you insisted was conditional upon your doing any work at my house. Now recently, I called to ask if you could repair a security screen you had installed in the windows of my house. I didn't want this done for free. I was willing to pay. Your response was that you don't do any work for people who don't use your monitoring service. This was YOUR product and now you refuse to repair it! Further, you did not suggest a place where I could get it repaired. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Hi Ray , I hope all is well with you and your family . I am very sorry if my office made you feel bad. I know that maybe if they would have taken the time to explain to you that the Alarm Business carries strict insurance guide lines that we need to have our agreements signed before we engage in any service , monitoring or repairs. We know there is cheaper monitoring and service available however most of these companies don't have the same overhead structure since they don't service or support there customers . Again we are sorry but these policies are in place because of all of the liability incurred by protecting Life and Assets . If i come up with someone to help you I will send there information to you. Happy Holidays Roy Roy Dalrymple ------------------------------------------------------------ Bottom line...don't do business with this company unless you don't mind being a hostage to their exorbitant monitoring fees forever.
Description of Work: Provider was asked to repair a security screen that they had originally installed in my home. It was their product and although I am with another vendor now, all I wanted was to have my security screen repaired. What follows is my correspondence. The principal of this company tries to play the "insurance card" and it doesn't work that way. I work for an insurance company and I know what the policy provisions are. The end result is that if you should ever use this company for your alarm system and move on to another at some point for monitoring, they will refuse to work on your system no matter how much you are willing to pay.

I do not want them back in my house trying to correct what they should have done correctly to begin with, I have no confidence in them nor do I want to ever deal with this company again.
Description of Work: I hired them to install a home entertainment system. They charged $7300 which included the $3500 Bose System and DVD player but I bought the TV and the rest was for their work. The wrong Blu-Ray player is only a small portion of my dispute, however it is the straw that broke the camel’s back. The installation was done poorly and the service was terrible. I have attached pictures to show you how poorly organized the wires and cables were left and you will even notice electrical tape that was used to splice wires. I am afraid of a fire the way they left it with the electrical tape. According to the statement that Atrex submitted they were supposed to install a “Carlon tube to future proof the system”, it was NEVER done. They were supposed to “integrate all systems with Professional planning and cabling system” (I have pictures that show what a terrible job they did). Please look at the pictures and ask yourself, does the planning look professional? Is there a cabling system in place or was everything left unorganized, hazardous and just not professional at all. Bottom line is that their installation was unprofessional and sloppy, they equipment did not function as he said he would and their complete lack of service was disappointing and unacceptable.
