We got the roof done 3years ago, and it started to leak. We called back , Frank Came and told us that it was our window. It wasn't. My husband found the leak. They pieced our roof into 3 sections. The seam by the window gave out, and the water started to come in our kitchen ceiling and wall. I texted Frank to let him know, he never answered back. It was 3 months ago. We gave up, a fixed y ourselves. Shame that he can't stand behind his work.

Changed the price after the job was completed by two separate crews at two separate times. The worker on site stated they don't collect tax on new installs only on repairs but when I asked why they charged tax on the whole amount if the repair was the smallest part of the job I was told they were losing $300 on this job by the worker. Then he states since I need a new roof installed they won't charge tax on it. I told him he won't be performing that job. I then called the boss who told me that for same job they performed for me in 2018 they didn't have to collect tax but a new regulation has forced them to collect tax but couldn't tell me when this new regulation was established (hint: its because there has been no change to the tax laws on home repairs). I asked him why was I paying tax on the installs and not just the repair? His answer was now an installation of a new skylight and gutter is considered a repair (must be part of that new regulation).

2 gentlemen came on time. They were polite and professional and went over again what work was needed. It was the same as what I was quoted and they completed the work in good time. I am happy with the results. Would use them again.

It was a nice experience. They were on time and professional. They made me feel comfortable as they left my place clean. They owner came back to make sure everything was done right and he was a very nice guy.

To whom it may concern, I am writing to thank you for a job well done! We’ve had a leak in our roof since we built the house 20 years ago. It’s not that we hadn’t tried to fix it repeatedly-we did. I’m happy to say, This time it worked with All Island Pro! It’s rained quite a few times, with no leak. Nick, came when he said he would. He took pictures so we could see what the problem was and he explained it to us in clear terms, we could understand. In addition, we have a five year warranty in writing. The job was done in two days, the customer service was great. However, there was damage done to my driveway by the contracted out dumpster company they hired to pick up the dumpster. Part of my asphalt driveway was ripped up, the company did send out someone from their company to repair it after a few days though (hot patch repair.)

Very bad customer relations, they lie and do not show up and when they do, do not have the correct equipment. I can only say that I would not suggest this company.My experience with All Island Pro was very disapointing, just this past week. The company was curteous with regards to phone etiquette and always called to report the technician was late, but he ran late two days in a row! My initial appointment was Tuesday, they cancelled and rescheduled because the technician was running real late. Same thing happened the next day. Finally he showed up Thursday morning ( all this happened this past week - I waited 3 days in a row) and looked at my fireplace chimney and the boiler chimney and proceeded to proclaim that he did not have the proper equipment!!! What kind of company that is supposed clean chimney's come without the tools long enough for a normal 2 story colonial house?? The technician promised he would come back today on Christmas Eve morning, guaranteed it and of course it is pouring and he never showed. Now today, they never called and never showed up. I believe this was intentional. He did not want to clean our chimneys for some reason.? Now I have a find a more reliable company,

Overall, A+! This is a long review, but if investing in your home, it's worth noting the detail of professional service we received. All Island Pro Home Improvement just finished a roofing and exterior siding replacement on our 30 year old "fixer upper." The quality of the service and craftsmanship is far superior to any other company we've worked with during our long renovation project! They were not the cheapest estimate, but after working with less reputable companies, we invested in All Island Pro. They provided an extensive home investigation and provided recommendations that we worked through to fit our budget. The best part was that they capped it off with a solid contract holding all parties accountable! Very impressed with the wonderful level of service: Tony seamlessly supervised the entire project from start to finish! Materials and workers arrived on time and on-budget. He also kept in contact with us throughout the project. We're very happy with our choice and the house looks fabulous!

All island Pro rebuilt 5 rows of my chimney. Repointed the whole chimney. They also sealed my flashing for free. I have dealt with many chimney companies before and my experience with All Island Pro has been the best. From setting the appointment to the estimate and having the work completed was all done in a professional manner. When all the work was finished they cleaned all the garbage and it was like they were never there except for all the work that was done. I have recommended All Island Pro to a few people already and will continue to do so.

We couldnt have asked for better results. They were professional and the work was done when they promised. When the job was completed we were just as happy with the clean up. We highly recommend All Island Pro.

I had purchased my first investment home which was in somewhat rough shape (understatement of the century). I was forewarned that the roof and gutters needed to be replaced and chimney needed work as well as other issues. I thought I would need to deal with 10 different contractors. Luckily, I found All Island Pro, as they could take care of at least 3 of my top problems. They completely replaced the roof and gutters, which look beautiful, and replaced the top rows of the chimney which were damaged. I was extremely satisfied from the time Frank and Tony first came to discuss what I needed to the crew completing the job quickly and cleanly, especially with other contractors doing other work around the house. Everyone I dealt with from the company was professional and courteous. I would absolutely recommend All Island Pro to everyone!

I would recommend All Island Pro to anyone who need Home Improvement Work done on their Home. The Technican Tony they sent to me was knowledgeable and professional, he discussed Repairs with me, showed me how the work was going to be done and when I accepted the Proposal they scheduled me right away! They did a Great Job and they did a beautiful clean up for me and my Wife. I'll be calling All Island Pro again for other interior work I would like done on my home!

It went pretty well. The only problem I had was it was a little bit messy. They didn't come with the vacuum. I had a little bit of a problem with that after they were finished. Other than that, everything was done pretty well. They came when they said they would. They got the job done in one day.

The response was prompt and fast. Scheduling of the assessment was Costumer oriented and flexible. I was satisfied with then price for the amount of work they did. Assessment was honest and deal was good. Work was done in professional and timely manner. Workers were efficient, quiet and clean. I am very satisfied with the work they did.

Having used All Island Pro a few years ago for a chimney cap, I called them to inspect the chimney as required by home insurance. The original appointment was for 9-11 and they had the courtesy to call when they were running a little late. Frank & Chris arrived at 11:30. They were cordial & professional. The chimney didn't need cleaning and they didn't even charge for the visit !

Work was supposed to be done o Friday but weather was bad they came next day but did not call first to say they were coming they took pictures and explained what they were doing they seemed knowledgable and were polite and professional also did great job with cleanup and removal of trash I was concerned because I could see some of the silver protector on the edge of chimney that met the roof they explained that it was installed properly as that the water would run down I have a 2 year guarantee hopefully the repairs will last longer than that

All Island Pro was the only company to offer a good price, easy financing, and seem competent to do the job. We received a written estimate and there was no funny business when the final numbers were agreed upon. The material delivery and crew showed up promptly at 8AM and they wasted no time getting right to work. The crew installed a typical GAF roofing system, so there were no surprises and it was a mirror of what the sales materials showed would happen. In this case, no surprises are a great thing because it ran smooth. The only down-side was because of the install happening this time of the year, the days are short. The crew was still finishing the job in the dark and that made the cleanup harder. The following day we found a large amount of nails, debris, forgotten work gloves, and some of the crew's food garbage on my front lawn. Watching the crew do the install, I know they weren't slacking or anything of the sort. It's hard to do a good cleaning job when it's pitch black out. I also pointed out one of our screens had been torn during the work. When I called the office we were given a date for some guys to come back and they arrived on time. The pair of men spent almost two hours re-cleaning up and also going to the store to have my window screen repaired. The cleanup was superb and left me fully satisfied. While it was a bit frustrating to have the crew come back, the important part (the roof) was installed great and looks amazing. I wish the crew would've stopped working when it was dark and offered to return the next day to complete the cleanup. However the office was quick to respond and ensure things were done right.

They did a wonderful job on my roof. The workers were very nice and cleaned up well. I would give that experience a 10 out of a 10. The sales guy, Joe, was great as well. My only issue is that when they replaced the skylights they were not the same size. So from the inside of my house I could see the sheet rock and they told me that they wouldn't do inside work. Well then the owner called and aid we would split the cost, I declined, and he offered to pay for everything and have a guy come over to take care of it. My brother even got on the roof to look at everything. The job was completed, however the inside was sloppy after he finished. I feel like the owner really did try to do the right thing, however the guy that came just did sloppy work. So I had to hire someone else and had to pay about $400 more out my pocket to have it redone and repainted. I would still recommend them 100%. The roof came out beautiful and I haven't had a problem. They were very very polite and answered all the questions that I had. They were very patient with me and a wonderful company to deal with.

Much more expensive than other estimates. Very responsive because they want your business. However the estimate wasn't good. Basically he wants to change out the whole roof, so he's not interested in giving good deal in repairs.

I was very satisfied with them. They were here and they were prompt. They were neat. They finished it in a reasonable amount of time. They did a good job. It was a fair price. It wasn't a great price. It was competitive.

We had hired them from Alive after 5 in Patchogue and I was very confident in the owner. However the person that showed up had to come multiple times and was consistently an hour or more late with no call. My husband and I both work full time and can't afford to be sitting around with no answer to our calls. They replaced our chimney cap - great job on that- but left a HUGE mess of concrete and bricks for which I had to call back and have them come to clean up and remove. They cleaned our chimney as well and talked my husband into purchasing some fireplace cleaner that you peel a day later - the guy never returned and we had to peel it ourselves and the fireplace looked much worse when he started, Had to call the owner again, The guy returned completely complaining and upset and talking crap to my tenants about how ridiculous it is that we couldn't do this ourselves. Bottom line, the subcontractor gave way too much information, about past drug use, depression, and was very nasty when he had to return a few times and even had the gall to tell me I should never call the owner when I have an issue and deal directly with him...trying to intimidate me. I shot back and said you have been late over an hour sometimes 2-3 every visit (which should have been one) and I WILL call the owner when I don;t hear back from you for days. The owner seemed shocked but who knows the relationship. DO NOT HIRE THEM
