+ -1 moreHe completed some of the work but that was it. We haven't heard from him since. He required a down payment of half which was 2750.00 but owes us back 1100.00 from which he had not completed. We have tried to contact him but haven't heard from him since.
Description of Work: He was suppose to put in new flooring in our home.
