Description of Work: I called the company because I had yellow jackets in my attic. The son came and went into my attic and put his foot through my livingroom ceiling. When he was finished he came into my house to let me know he was finished and to give me the bill. I told him that we had a little problem, that his foot went through my ceiling. He said all I had to do was push (the ceiling) it up. I told him that I just paid $3,000.00 to have the inside of my house painted which included the livingroom. I had my house on the market to sell and could not get away with pushing the ceiling up, it would look terrible. Fortunately my physical therapist was there and agreed with me that he couldn't just leave it like that. So he then said that I didn't have to pay him for exterminatiing the bees. I had to call the company that did the painting to come and repair the ceiling (spackle) and repaint. I know it was an accident. I believe he should have handled the repair. Fortunately, the cost of the repair wasn't any more than the exterminating cost would have been since the owner of the painting company felt sorry for me-the painting company wanted $100.00.

Description of Work: We had wasps in the ground in our backyard and tree, and I had been stung while doing yardwork. I wanted someone from the area to help. I called on Sat afternoon and even though they were closed after 1pm, received a call back soon after. It is a family-owned company and a technician (the son) came out on Tues (Mon was a holiday). He arrived promptly & identified our pests as European hornets in the tree and wasps in the ground nearby. The nests were huge. The technician sprayed & put in some powder, all the while explaining what he was doing, as well as giving me printouts of the chemicals he was using. He said he would come back the next day if needed. His work took care of the problem--thank goodness. I had been afraid to go into the backyard! Very satisfied.

 + -1 moreUpon moving into a new house, we found ground bees nesting right outside the backdoor. We called Dryer and they came immediately and got rid of the nest. They offered to come back if they returned, but we haven't seen them since.
