We were very pleased with the whole experience of dealing with best Flo. They were concerned with our wishes while installing a new septic system. They are very knowledgeable of the new regulations in Suffolk County and kept us informed every step of the way. We will definitely be using them for in the future for any required service to the system.

I called them, and they sent over a truck and professional in two hours. They pumped out, aerated my overflow and added sulfuric acid. They will be returning to do the same on my septic tank. Friendly service, excellent to deal with.

Employees were nice but had ruined my basement which got back flowed due to them using hydro jetting instead of aerate my cesspool which I originally asked for over the phone and to the employees that came. They did replace the carpet but did not see the money back the owner promised.

I hired this company to empty my cesspool. He only took about a foot of liquid from my 4,000 gallon tank and left everything else. He then told me that if we only took ten minute showers for three days, the water would go down on its own which it never did. I paid for a service I did not get.
