We were dealing with a very tricky situation; a wet basement we were told by others was probably a lost cause, but Mike came up with a solution for us that actually made sense, put the plan into action quickly and carefully and we are very pleased with the results. Mike and his team explained everything to us, every step of the way. They were respectful and honest and really seemed to care about doing the right thing for us. The prices were extremely fair and I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

They came quick and I was happy with the service. The men could not find my cesspool due to the snow but dumped chemicals and snaked out my main line through the air vent for the system. The charge for the service was $325 which I suspect is fair. I was told they would come back in the spring to locate my cesspool for free. I hope they stand by their word.
