Best/Flo came to my house promptly as arranged via phone call. Length of job 40 minutes. Unstopped kitchen sink by snaking all the way to the main (where the problem was). My only surprise was the price charged. $250.00 for 40 minutes!!

Best/Flo is excellent!!! They were courteous and punctual, professional. They diagnosed an emergent situation (our cesspool collapsed, leaving sinkholes around my front stoop) and fixed it with expertise immediately. I would recommend this company to everybody.

Great customer service and reasonable pricing!

The service tech called quickly & responde within a few hours. Removed a suposed blockage from the pump and replaced cover. It started working. I was unable to see workers working at the wast pump so what the gave me and said was blocking it was doubtful. I know for a fact that the person who uses this waste pump does not use the type of product the repair men showed me. I would never recommend them to anyone for repairs.

The 3 Mikes that did the work at my home were fabulous. I would absolutely hire them again although I don't want to have to need them!! I will recommend them to anyone I know.

Sump- pump installation:Professional service,considered needs,done asap ,I Highly recommend them to do the job.

It took Chris 3 visits to properly install the drain of my kitchen sink. After the first 2 trials the drain was licking and flooded the new cabinet under the sink. The third time he came, he said that the parts he used before were defective... and that he should charge me extra for the new parts and visit.... Draw your own conclusions.

Responded immediately to my emergency. Repaired the problem completely.
