Best/Flo Sewer & Drain Cleaning Company, Inc.

I hired them for a leak under my sink and it them a while to figure out how to fix it and then after it was fixed, it was leaking in a few other places, including not tightening anything up, so I was very unhappy I had to call them back to fix something else they changed... They are very expensive and the final amount was nowhere near the quote. When they came to inspect the problem they should have known what had to be changed and what the cost would be. Especially when you're talking about an extra $ 100 plus dollars.

I called Roto Rooter for a clogged kitchen and bathroom sink drain. They quoted a ridiculous price. Best/Flo gave me a very reasonable and competitive quote. They came promptly (within 45 minutes.) Work was excellent. The plumbers were courteous and professional. The charged what they quoted over the phone... Very honest. Very happy with their service.

They did the job but charged too much.

He was personable, knowledgeable. Understood the problem, got the job done the same day.

Mike the owner of Best/Flo was fantastic. He explained everything he was doing and his price was well below what Curly Plumbing quoted me. He worked fast and went above and beyond what he had to do. I would recommend Best/ Flo to everyone I know. I would not refer ANYONE to Curley they high balled the price and charged me $ 64.00 just to look at the job and they were less than two miles away at another job when I called, By the way Best/ Flo was not charging me for an estimate whether I was giving him the job or not.

They were real professionals. They gave a time and they were there at the time given. They gave a quote and although the job took far longer than expected they did it with a smile and did not ask for anything more.

Lighting fast response. Came a little later than scheduled but I did say that I had an architect coming the same time so it was actually better and that was probably why they were later. I thought the price was on the high side but I agreed I needed higher quality materials for this job. All in all I'm very happy with the work.

Micheal was very pleasant and personal he explained all my needs to me. He helped me solve my plumbing problems quickly and effeinctly.

THEY RESPONDED VERY QUICKLY,AND DID A GOOD JOB.

Called within minutes of submitting the project to service magic . Came in , checked the pipes in the basement going out to the pool using a hammer of some kind, went outside, dug up the lawn to get to the cesspool and said the pipe to the pool was frozen. Put some chemicals,charged me $480 (guy said it that was cheap for a sunday work) and said to wait two days and call them back if the problem is still there. Two days later water was on basement so i called them,guy came and said i need a new cesspool ??!!!!!. I called another company on service magic, other company came pumped it out and cleared the lines.

He came right away and got to clearing the drain. I have no complaints.
