They called right away and were here within an hour on Mothers Day. They took care of the clog and were on their way within 45 minutes. That's exactly what my best hope was for...best case scenario. I would recommend them to anyone. They were a little expensive, but considering the circumstances, it was worth every penny.

Second time using this service. Fist time worked fine, I don't expect this time to be any less effective. Each time they arrived on time, chemically treated the septic tank and we are able to use water.

Called within 5 minutes of name appearing on website. Came on MLKing Holiday within 1 hour, verified full washer drywell and appllied 10 gallons acid. Price for acid was fair and didn't charge to open drywell (found pipe quickly). Pleasant to deal with.
