Okay. So there was a problem with the sewage pump, water in tub and toilet would not go down. The first person to show up after contacting Home Advisor was Mikey from BestFlo. Panicked, I said okay, you can do the job. Awhile later he said it was fixed, and walked away following the repair leaving the area a watery mess with the burnt out equipment, and all the lights on. (I?m not going to even mention the dirt tracked into my house from his shoes.) Honestly I was so angry and distraught about the situation (btw - strictly forbidden disposable wipes were the cause of this $1K expensive repair job) that shortly afterward I went to bed, leaving the cleanup to others in the home. The next morning after taking a shower the toilet would not flush properly, and there was overflowing water [AGAIN] from the replaced sewage pump. I called Sunday 4/19 and was told that someone would appear Monday 4/20 btwn 9:30 - 10:30.am. At 10:40 Mikey reappeared, went to examine the area, quickly adjusted something with the plugs, the system restarted, the toilet automatically flushed, and everything appeared fine. No charge for the revisit. The replaced equipment is guaranteed for only a year. :-( In summary, you can use this company if you wish; just read my review once or twice again before making your choice. Needless to say, my review is quite less than enthusiastic.

The owner gave me a price over the phone. The technician that came out charged me less. In my experience, in this industry, it's not often that a company is this honest. Usually, you get a price, and suddenly there are a bunch of "absolutely necessary" add-ons. They are the only septic/sewer company I will ever call again!

It has been 3 months now and I cannot get them to come back and remove all the sand they left in my yard covering walkways and good areas of lawn, they claim that it's spread out on grade but my grade is now 10" higher in some areas and Not acceptable. Guess that what happens when you pay in full before the job is complete. I need to bring in topsoil and establish my lawn but cannot do it with 4-5 yard of sand in the yard. The sand is what is left from having a septic tank and cesspool installed by them. Called and emailed quite a few times over the past couple of months, received a response twice but as of today Nothing has been done by them. They had no problem stopping by our house to pick up the 2,000 dollar cash deposit but seem to have a problem stopping by to address this issue. I guess we will go through the legal system to rectify this issue. They did the install ok but make sure Everything is complete and up to your standards before final payment is made.

Very fast service called me immediately and came to the within the hour and completed the job same day. Very nice people.

Tried to sell unnecessary service to clean my cesspool. Made it look like urgent service requiring which needed to done today. I had my cesspool check, there was no issue.

Was told that 20 gallons of chemicals would be put in the two pools I had pumped out and only five gallons was put in . When paying I was told if I paid cash there would be no tax , I paid by credit card and was charged more for the job plus the tax . I was not told the they charge more for paying by charge card other wise they did a good job.

Arrived on time and quickly diagnosed and corrected the problem.

Good job, technician knew his job but pricey!

Less than 2 hours after I called a technician, Devin, was at my house. He was warm, friendly and very knowledgeable. It took him 5 minutes to diagnose the problem an 15 minutes to take care of it. AWESOME!

The service man was courteous, knowledgeable, and seemed honest.

Very Friendly Plumbers who are familiar with the area. They pumped out cesspools every week down here in Mastic Beach by the bay. They are coming within the hour to pump our cesspool.
