Was put at ease immediately. They knew what they were doing. Same day service. Fast and efficient. So happy to finally have found a reputable Plumber.

Price on phone was about 100 - 150. When they came I had water in sink & water coming out of dishwasher . Just for the heck of it asked how much 195 & was told he was going to run line to trap which is about 40 to 50 feet. Oh well live & learn.

They were fantastic! They went above and beyond and we're so glad! The whole crew was nice! They explained what to do for the future so this doesn't happen again.

Mike is such a sweet and caring person. He is so passionate about providing the best for his customer. Originally the call was to investigate a smell and pump out the cesspool. After assessing the situation, he advised us that pumping the septic tank would be an unsafe practice. The cesspool had already collapsed and was ready to cave in at any moment. He had prioritized our job and was at our house in two days with all of the equipment and crew. The price was extremely fair. He charged us $4800 for a full days worth of work. He dug down to 24 feet and connected the new septic line. He purchased some very impressive cast concrete. He sent us videos and photos of the work as it was happening to ensure us that he used the best practices and equipment. The main reason I went with Mike and knew that I was going to hire him immediately was when he met my wife. He was so polite and considerate that I didn't bother getting additional quotes. You can go with cheap and get poor service or you can go with someone who will charge you fair and provide you great service. I have already recommended him to others and I anticipate that he will be our regular plumber from now on. Wishing you all the best Mike!

The owner stands behind their work, things seem to go wrong on every job but to satisfy me the owner came here at 8PM with a helper to correct a small problem. Honest and reliable would be my comments about this company.

Mike the owner came he spent time looking for our pool, but we did not have any luck, but that did not matter because he had another solution to problem (which was our toilet was not going down). So he snaked the pipe and put chemicals down the vent pipe and PRESTO no more problem. Mike spent the time with us to go over everything, he brought his worker Joey who was also great. Really nice bunch of guys. Very straight forward, available to investigate, diagnose and repair in a very short amount of time. I had a basement sink that started randomly filling anytime the water was run in the house. The guys came over to investigate the problem; turned out to be a collapsed main waste pipe (the pipe that goes from the house to the cesspool). They worked with me on price, I'm a solo homeowner on a tight budget. Waste pipe was replaced fast. During their investigation the main house trap was significantly damaged. Mike told me that they would come back to replace it, no cost to me! And they did! They came back 2 days later and replaced the trap that was damaged. Honesty and integrity. Any other plumbing issues, they are the guys I will call.

Their response was amazingly fast. They came within the hour of having called. Michael quickly assessed the situation and knew he needed to come back with the right equipment. When he came back he diagnosed the problem and after further review realized the problem was slightly worse. He provided an estimate and immediately completed the job - solving a problem other plumbers couldn't and at half the cost. Would recommend them.
