I hired them for two dry wells. I understood that they may cut sprinkler lines and they said they would fix one or two but they cut three, fixed none, cut the cable wire, and damaged the water meter, ring and cap even after I had shown him where it was. So far, I have spent more than $2,000 remedying what they destroyed.

They were very effective and efficient. The plumber explained everything step by step as he was going through it and was very thorough!

They did a good job. Call at 9 pm, arrived within 1 hour. Working to mid-night. Came again for rest work next morning. Appreciate their professional hard work. Felt not so good for final price almost doubled comparing to the evaluation in our home at the very beginning. I will use them again in the future. Better to fix the price without increasing.

did a good job, but a little pricy

The first appointment was made through Home Advsior. They did not show up. Called to make an appointment. First day they found the over flow. They cleaned the vent line but that didn't work. Next day they located the pool. They hand dug because of roots and shrubs. This job cost $2200+. I have a 2 family house, so I asked them to come back to do the other pool. Instead of the $475 quoted it was $1250+. They claim it was because the pool was extra large. They left huge stains on my driveway. It was just sealed and looked great. Now it has to be redone.

These people responded almost immediately to my request to clear a drain blockage. When the drain clogged again two days later, they came back immediately and snaked another part of the system successfully curing the problem. The revisit and work was free of charge. They even apologized for not permanently clearing the drain the first time. They were extremely nice and courteous and I would recommend them highly for any plumbing or sewage problem.
