I had a broken sump pump, this company replaced it for the cheapest price I could find. I had an issue with it once because of grease they came and repaired without problem. I would call them again.

I am so pleased with this company that I have rehired them to do another job. Mike (son) supervised and calmly answered all my questions and allayed my fears. Jodi is amazing, like an artist with the handling of the machinery. My sprinkler company was amazed at the quality of work and lack of destruction. Mike the owner is very knowledgable and helped me to understand what was needed and what all the terminology meant. He addressed concerns that were given to me by /well meaning relatives/ and the internet and put them to rest. I will definitely use them again. All the other helpers were great too.

took her old cast iron sump without permission and has a cheap home depot replacement without an alarm for a temporary fix and don't trust them at all

Showed up on time. Project was harder then expected but they honored the quoted price. Will definitely will use them for my future plumbing/drain cleaning needs

they were on time and accomplished the task of clearing the clog. Very expensive for the l/2 hour they were here. No guarantee at all not even 30 days! As matter of fact they said their work would only last 2 weeks. while here they tried to sell me every service possible connected with cesspool/septic tanks. I may need these services in the future I don't know. Time will tell, you be the judge. When they came I already had the vent to place the auger open and accessible from which the cesspool was less then 20 feet, they never had to enter the house or search for pipe or pool. Everything they told me was at odds with the company that originally had pumped out the cesspool, when they left I was ill at ease, but everything was working properly, if it continues more then the only 2 weeks they said it would work (at least 1 yr.) I'll be content.

I called them in the morning and they showed up when they said they would. Friendly and a great value. I would recommend them highly.

The guy came and worked diligently to get rid of our clog. He was personable and kept the place clean. I would use them again and although I thought the charge was high... I guess you get what you pay for and they did a great job with a guarantee

To Whom it May Concern, 2/1/18 I apologize for taking some time before I could write this review! I'm 64 years old now with 4 screws in my back after 4 back operations, and with other health concerns it's been a tough winter! But, I'm here now and I want to spread the GOOD NEWS TO EVERYONE WHO NEEDS AN HONEST MAN (MICHAEL OWNER OF BEST/FLO) who deeply cares about his clients like they were his own FAMILY!!!! I stated earlier I'm 64 years old, and I did so more to prove my review to have validity more so than to get sympathy from it's readers! My wife and I had a terribly backed up toilet, and outside pipe flow issues too! Michael came over when the situation seemed unsolvable! It wasn't any ones fault, Anthony (the wonderful young man who first responded to our backed up issue) did a fantastic job diagnosing the original problem. But, it was an issue that he knew needed the advice of the man of the hour! Michael (owner and CEO) came over and immediately found out what was the issue to be fixed. But, it was going to be a job for the next day, with more of his wonderful crew. As promised, Michael showed up promptly at the agreed upon time the next day. He and the rest of us went outside, right under my bathroom window. He asked a couple of the men to begin digging in one specific place. Then as the minutes grew into a couple of hours, he did not become frustrated like so many other people who have done various jobs for my wife and I ! He was always kind and considerate to the men working with him. As I was outside with the men. I became aware of a true love, affection, and respect they all had for Mike! And, I in turn observed a man who clearly cared deeply for his men who were trying so hard to please him by finding that damn pipe! In the midst of all the confusion to solve the problem of the place the outside pipe should have been. I felt a comradeship between Michael and his crew that I haven't experienced since my time in the NY Army National Guard! Well, Michael finally found the hidden underground pipe. Mike directed the men to put his firehose machine (it's a huge motorized power washer on wheels) that can totally BLAST anything clogging up any pipe back out to the sewer some 100 or so feet away into the sewer. It began to wonderfully clear the pipe that can now FLO without anymore clogged drain out to the sewer. It's a very powerful motorized machine that only a first class company would invest in., and have at it's disposal! In conclusion, Mike also made sure my new toilet bowl was perfectly installed, and that it was working in excellent fashion. In all my 41 years of marriage to my beautiful wife, have we ever experienced a man and the men who work for and with him display such a wonderful working relationship! My wife and I have had hundreds of companies come in or outside our home to do various contracting jobs. But, we've never had the pleasure of meeting a more honest, person
