Excellence from start to finish. It all starts with a free estimate. They went over the blueprints with us, actually made improvements that maximized the space, and thoroughly went over the price with us. There was no pressure to buy. They discussed options with us giving us pros and cons to each option. We were given the estimate and much information to make a educated decision. Throughout the building process Andrew and Tom Foster explained what they were doing, and why. Each day we knew what was accomplished, usually in person or in a thorough telephone call. Andrew Foster also kept us organized as to what steps in the building process were coming up, what decisions were needed, and he had an excellent, professional way of keeping us within budget. In fact, during the entire process, we knew exactly where we were with the budget, including additions and deductions. There were no surprises. When decisions were made, Andrew Foster took care of all the purchasing, delivery, and the installations. They instructed us on all appliance use, heating, air conditioning, etc.. They also ensured that we received all owner manuals. Any subcontracting was done with the thorough oversight of Andrew Foster and again everything was shown and explained to us. There were no issues with any of the code inspections done. Each day, upon arriving home, there was never anything to clean. They cleaned each day and left the site immaculate. A.J. Foster Construction LLC builds a home as if they are going to live in it. After the home was built, they were readily available to answer any questions.
