Dave answered my initial call immediately, and we set up a time for him to do the work the next day. He was very prompt, friendly, and patient. He showed skill, knowledge, and was very thorough in doing the work requested. He made a few recomendations beyond the basics of what was requested with no pressure to agree, this in order to do a more thorough and neat job. He was quick to answer questions and freely gave advice on things he noticed while doing the plumbing and electrical. His bill was very reasonable. He will definitly be my appliance man when I need such services in the future.

Came out within 24 hours. Had the part on his truck. Very reasonable charge for his service. Could not have been a better experience.

Dave helped me troubleshoot and identify my problem over the phone, then explained that it was an easy repair that he would be happy to do, but as a DIY'r, I would be capable of doing on my own. Found the part online with no problem and we'll see how I do. What a guy! Thanks Dave.

He showed up on time, even calling before hand to let us know he was on the way. Diagnosed the problem quickly, made the repair quickly and did a nice job cleaning up afterward. It was more expensive than I had anticipated but he did explain that the parts for our Ge dryer are more expensive. We would use again for sure if the need arises.

Found and explained problem rather quickly. Gave repair estimate and cost effective reasons to do the repair or not. I decided not to repair and he remove my machine from my home and discounted service call in exchange for machine. Overall honest service and went smoothly.

Came out at 10:30 pm on a Sunday night. He fixed the fridge with no problems. He came out a few times to fix the issues and didn’t charge for additional visits which I appreciated.
