Charles came and did a very professional assessment, gave me a thorough written estimate, and I had already gotten previous estimates so I knew what the significant issues were; the existence of 3 old layers of roofing and the sag in the roof. He said he could make it structurally sound and watertight with a steel roof that could be installed over the existing layers. Others had insisted on doing a tear off, which added a lot to the cost. Charles and his crew showed up on time, did all the work in one day (per the estimate), and I am very pleased with the results. The crew was polite, courteous, considerate and hard working.
Description of Work: I have and old garage/barn which had a badly sagging and leaking roof. They repaired and reinforced the sagging roof by sistering the rafters. They installed a steel roof over the existing 3 layers of shingle and this saved me a lot of money. They worked quickly and efficiently and did the job in the time that had been estimated.
