Description of Work: This is the only garbage provider that allows you to register and sign up for their service directly through their web site. I used online contact forms on all the others and I took between 3 days and 2 weeks to get any responses. I work days and cannot make phone calls during weekdays. Thank you WM for having a 24/7 web site. | |Email received confirming payment and service and advising containers to be delivered on Monday, and pickup to commence on Tuesday. Everything done as scheduled.

+ -1 moreWe have been using them for like ten years. They pick up on time. In the past ten years, they have had one truck failure. So, they were a day late. I cannot knock them. They instituted recently a call sequence where they will call and leave you a message to remind you for example that it is a holiday and instead of picking up on Thursday that they were going to pick up on Friday. There is really nothing I can complain about. I have priced them out compared to some of the other vendors and they are all about the same. They are not significantly more expensive or significantly cheaper than anybody else. I would always use them.
Description of Work: For garbage collection, we use Waste Management. They do waste and recycling in each pick up. So, we have a once-a-week service which is adequate for us.
