Description of Work: I called Yel-Help because I locked myself out of a room. Rather than charge me $85.00, they walked me through how to unlock the door myself, since it was a privacy lock only (not a key entry). It was so easy. I thought it was quite honest of them to tell me over the phone how to do it, rather than charging me a service call. Very honest, I would use them again just for this reason.
