Description of Work: I bought a package for move-in cleaning. The company returned my call right away and was able to accommodate my time and day. They arrived on time and got right to work. She did an excellent job of cleaning my rental property and I would definitely use this provider again.

Description of Work: NOTHING. Zero response, calls always went to a mailbox that was full. Customer service couldn't even reach them. Definitely would suggest never trying to hire these people.

Description of Work: House cleaning...owner helped get curtains down off tods for washing. She brought her own cleaning supplies. The house looks so much better. I was particularly impressed eith how she got mineral deposits & soap scum off glass shower door.

Description of Work: Talia spent 4 1/2 hours here to clean my house. She did a very good job, especially on the kitchen where she began. She ran out of time allotted but managed to finish by staying an extra half hour, getting the worst things done. I will certainly call her again.

 + -1 moreOverall, it went very well. The house was in a "challenging" condition when she started and was in "good" condition when she finished. We really would not have expected much more. Talia was working alone as her partner was out sick. She stuck to it and was there about eight hours on a very hot day. When she was finished the kitchen (most important to me) was sparkling! It was absolutely ready to use. The two bathrooms were also in excellent condition. The rest of the house was in very acceptable condition - but not quite to the standard of the Kitchen and Baths. To be fair, perhaps the things that we needed to finish the next day are not part of a typical cleaning (for example the doors, switch-plates and baseboards were all still coated with grime and we needed to sweep the ceiling in several areas for cobwebs). Note: We were so comfortable with Talia that we left before she was finished and asked her to close up when she left. We would, without a doubt, use her services again.

Description of Work: They completely cleaned the house, upstairs and down. The mopped dusted, cleaned window sills, vacuumed carpets, mopped the wood floors, cleaned interior windows, cleaned empty refrigerator, cleaned stove and oven, etc.

 + -1 moreI had to call them on Saturday when I was expecting a call by Friday. They said they would call me back within an hour or so and never did. She finally called me back on Sunday. They came out on Monday they did the cleaning but they did not clean the windows. They were willing to send someone out the next day to correct this but my tenents we moving in that day so I told them not to bother.
Description of Work: I purchased a big deal for move in cleaning.

 + -1 moreThis was the first time there and it is a relatively large house . It is always a learning experience the first time in a home. Overall they did a good job. They were polite and immediately went right to work. They brought their own vacuum and supplies. Only one area was missed, a few shelves with pictures on were not well dusted. They spent 4 clock hours but 8 man hours which I think was more than they expected but honored the agreement with the deal on Angie's List.

 + -1 moreI have a back problem and I have a really hard time bending, and so it was really hard for me to clean my bathtub. So my bathtub had gotten really dirty and it's pretty old . The Tidy-up professional that came to my house was so nice, and she did a wonderful job! My tub was cleaner then I ever expected it to be again and my whole bathroom was just so clean! I am so happy that I decided to call them, and I highly recommend them to all who are considering using their services. The price was great, just $30.00. Thank you Tidy-up Cleaning Services!

Description of Work: I am a pipeline wife, and a stay-at-home mother of five. We travel with my husband's job and we're moving out of a rent house where we have stayed for nine months. In this way of living, it is VERY important to leave a place looking great when you leave. That way you have good references when you need to rent another. I have NEVER asked anyone to help me clean my house, but this is a 2 story, 5 bedroom house! I just ran out of the time and energy to do it myself. I called TidyUp Cleaning Services on Thursday and left a message. That evening Taliah Moore called me back, and we set a time for her and one other person (her father), to come on Friday. It was an hour and a half drive for them, and they still showed up right on time. We discussed everything I wanted done, and then they got right to work. I left to run errands, and Taliah called when they were finished. When I got back to the house they had me do a walk-through to make sure I was happy with everything. I was absolutely amazed at how wonderful it looked! The showers were spotless, the refrigerator looked brand new, all the smudge marks on the walls were gone, and the floors were all vacuumed and mopped! They did an awesome job, and were very friendly! I would definitely recommend and hire them again!

 + -1 moreThey seemed to care about the quality of their work. Were very nice to talk to, etc. Still have some problem working on the communication part of our relationship. Owners are out of town a lot. Must be very busy with customers. But, they are working hard to build up ha good repore with me, so I appreciate their effort. I will hire them again.
Description of Work: I did have trouble getting in touch with this company in the beginning. Since then, I have had them do some painting for me. They did a good job. Just need to remember a drop cloth next time they are doing whole rooms and ceilings. They did clean up well.
