+ -1 moreSteve came the day after we called, phoned before he arrived so that I could keep the dog inside, and finished the job in a reasonable time. He suggests repairs and improvements that can be made, but never pushes. He had to charge a bit more than his usual $125 since the third-story gutters were so bad, and took much longer to clean this time. This is the third time that we have hired Steve, and we have not been disappointed.
Description of Work: Steve and his son always clean and inspect our gutters in the Spring. This year, we waited a bit too long to have them cleaned, and they were a MESS! He cleaned out the small forest that was growing in the gutters, taking all of the mess with him. He inspected an area where we might have a leak, and let us know how we can fix it.

+ -1 moreI contacted them on a Friday for an estimate to clean and repair our gutters. They stopped by the house on Monday, gave me a call with the estimate which we agreed upon over the phone, and they performed the service on the spot. My only small quibble is that they wanted to be paid on the spot, which typically would have been impossible, as I work 50 miles away. Fortunately, someone was at home that day to write a check.
Description of Work: Cleaned all gutters and removed remaining gutter covers. Reattached downspout that had broken away from house during storm.
