Roma Plumbing & HVAC

We've been dealing with this issue for almost a year now. It was a faulty unit, that's fine, but not he's claiming we caused it by having someone else work on our furnace. Our previous furnace was 30 years old, not serviced in 10 years, and if it wasn't for needing a new AC, we would have never replaced it. He never responds in a timely manner. He has yet to be on time. There has been 4 occasions when he said he would be here and for one reason or another has yet to come. I have caught him in several lies. When I asked for an itemized invoice, he has yet to provide it, a year later. When I've asked for receipts for service calls, on the occasions he has come, I have yet to receive those. I'm still waiting for his so called proof that he has regarding someone tampering with our furnace. He said he has documents and pictures, but I have never signed anything and this allegation came after he left me house. He never asked while he was here, never showed me where it was. He is a joke to the profession.

I can't recommend Roma's Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning. I purchased the tub and walls per the measurements provided by Tony Roma. The walls didn't fit and were forced in. Walls are now skewed with large gaps that were caulked terribly. Damage to walls was extensive. Started work in April 2016. Both tub and one side of the three sides of the walls was damaged. Tony said he would repair and I wouldn't be able to tell there had been damage. He also said he'd fix the caulk job. He never did either. During our last conversation, he said that he'd hire (on his own dime) a tub guy who specializes in repairs and would get back to me that night (June 13, 2016). I've never heard back from Tony and he is not returning my calls. This is the short version of my story. There were several missed appointments to fix the tub.

Roma's Plumbing, Heating & HVAC replaced both my bathtub and the surrounding tub walls. He had me select both tub and walls based on his measurements. Walls didn't fit and are askew resulting in large gaps of caulking. Caulk job is a mess. Both tub and one wall were damaged during this process. Neither has been repaired. I also have not been compensated any money back. At our last meeting, Tony Roma said he would contact a tub repair place and get back to me that night. I never heard anything. At this time, Roma's Plumbing, Heating & HVAC are not returning my calls.
