I was putting my two-family house for sale, and was looking for a real estate agent. This agent, Tom, was pleasant in our early conversations. I directed him to contact my neighbor, who acts as my property manager for the house. While he kept an appointment to see one floor of my house, he never showed for an appointment to see the other, leaving my neighbor sitting around waiting for him. He never explained why he didn't show up.

Overall my wife an myself had a wonderful experience using Orion Reality. We worked directly with Thomas Pollak, through out the our experience. We looked at over 20 houses before finding the house that was right for us. Along the way Tom made all of the arrangements, literally all we had to do was show up at the right house at the right time. Tom was always curious and always professional, and he always wears a tie. My wife and I were interested in an older home, we looked through many fixer-upers that were pretty rough. Tom gave us guidance as to what repairs need to be made and showed us what needed to be avoided. Through out the experience Tom provided houses that were in our price range in locations that were where we wanted to live. Tom also sent us many e-mails providing us updates of new houses. He was always easy to get in contact with and his knowledge of homes specifically related to construction was significantly better than what we have experienced with other agents. Our home buying experience was more difficult than most. My wife and I are very picky, and finding an older home that met our needs at the right price was a challenge. Orion Realty was there though out the process and worked with us every step of the way, and never tired of our indecisiveness.
