 + -1 moreI was the victim of a scam. They froze my computer and it was filled with viruses, etc. I thought that I would have to get a new computer. Net2000 was going to erase my computer, so it would be like new. I asked if they could keep a file named Will, as it held a lot of information. They looked at my files and thought that I had a lot of important information on my computer. THEY COPIED IT ALL FOR ME! They loaded software and cleaned up everything. I was amazed that they charged me the base tune up cost. THEY ARE AMAZING, CARING, AND BRILLIANT! I can't imagine going anywhere else.
Description of Work: Copied ALL of my files to a cleaned up computer. Installed software. Helped me get it set up again.

 + -1 moreThey are excellent. They are always there when the office is supposed to be open. They called and let us know exactly what was going on with the computer as soon as they figured it out. When they say it will be done, either it's done or they will give us a call to let us know why it's not done. Their price is reasonable as well.
