+ 0 moreWas not satisfied with product and notified company immediately. They came back next day and was told someone would get back with me. I had to submit another inquiry before getting a call back and it was not even the owner that contacted me. I was given several excuses (pad was unlevel-not- and they are not 'installers') and told I could find someone else to meet my needs.
Description of Work: Had an estimate written up for concrete stairs, ordered and waited 6 weeks for delivery and set-up and removal of old stairs (extra fee).
