Bryant Heating & Cooling Systems

It went really well. I ended up needing a new furnace to replace me really old, 1970s "magic chef". I also needed new duct work because some of the old returns were closed off from the previous owner. They installed the new furnace within a day, and had all of the ductwork done by the day after. They also removed an old broken down air conditioner, and fixed something on the upstairs unit's furnace that they just happened to notice. They kept me in the loop, and before the work was done spent several minutes discussing the issues with me on the phone so that I understood the problems. They gave me a lot of options as to how it could be fixed, and did not pressure me into anything. At one point when the job was complete they accidentally shut the power off to my dryer (because the old broken AC was tapped into the same circuit), but once notified, they promptly came over and fixed it. They offered to come out on a weekend, but I told them that it was not an emergency. The only outstanding thing going on right now is that some of the new duct work they installed is noisy, but I am confident that the second I call them they will have someone over here promptly to take a look and fix it. They also offer no interest financing, or you can pay 1/2 up front and 1/2 when job completed. Another note on price. They do not do the flat $$$ for first hour + $$$/hour after that. They have a very reasonable diagnostic fee, and then after that they price out the repair. In my situation, they waved the diagnostic fee, because they knew I would need a lot more work done, which I thought was pretty nice.

Received an estimate but decided to wait on installing furnace. Professional, personable and reasonable. Out of the three estimates received will choose Bryant when ready for replacement.

Bryant Heating and A/C was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I called to make an appointment for an estimate and within a few days I had an estimate first thing in the morning. The following Monday the owner came back to go over our options and price points. I have to say that their customer service is excellent. We decided to go with them because of the high quality equipment, good reputation and they treated us well so far. They came and performed all of the work as expected and even cleaned up some of the duct work. They routed all of the pipes, wires, and ducting as neatly as possible (a big plus in my book). The furnace system is a dream. The house stays warm and comfortable all the time. I could not be happier with our decision to go with Bryant Heating and A/C. We look forward to many years of service from this company.

Excellent installation and a good recomendation for the equipment. This unit services the hot water tank, a radiant heat system and a standard hot water heating loop.

We plan on using them again because we are dissatisfied with our current company. They are phenomenal. The only reason we didn't sign up with them to clean our a/c system on a yearly basis is because they are kind of far away from where we live. In retrospect, they are great to deal with and they do the job right. They are great with installation and communication and assessments, so we plan to use them again as soon as possible.

THEY ARE GOOD. EVERYTHING TURNED OUT GOOD. I'VE BEEN WITH THEM FOR FIFTEEN YEARS. THE WORKERS HAVE ALWAYS BEEN NICE AND KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. THE PREVIOUS OWNERS OF MY HOME RECOMMENDED THEM.
