 + 0 moreAllen and his crew were punctual and professional. Allen provided several references beforehand and explained every part of the process with great detail and patience. The job was finished in 3 days. He did a quality job above what I contracted him for at no additional charge. The upturned earth sunk, which he informed me would happen. I called him and he returned in a timely fashion to backfill after he had already been paid. I am very pleased with his job so far as there hasn't been water in that area even though it has rained heavily, and he has lived up to his reputation of standing behind his work.
Description of Work: Allen dug down to the footer of my wall which I was having water problems with. He patched it up and reinforced it with a membrane layer and foundation tar. He layed drain tile down and directed water away from the foundation through my back yard into a gravel reservoir that he installed.

Description of Work: There was was evidence of a water problem in the west end of the basement. Allen Brown came to the house within 2-3 days after I called him and diagnosed the problem. He began work within a week and there has been no evidence of water since that time. He had done work on another area of the foundation as well, about five years ago. There has been no further problem with that area either. The work is done very carefully and thoroughly. The cleanup following the work is very well done as well. Allen Brown stands behind his work.
