+ -1 moreI was gives pricing on removing my content but the gentleman informed me how to do it myself for free!. He said if I needed it donehe would of course be willing to do for me and gave the fee. I will go back
Description of Work: I took a noisy computer in. It was reviewed by them. I was told a major problem. I asked how much to fix and they suggested a new one. ( They don't sell) I again asked about fixing and they they could fix but with the age. Most likely something else would go and in the end I would need a new computer. My repair costs would effectively add to my future costs substantually

+ 0 moreHe checked our I Pad a few weeks ago which was not working correctly and fixed it in 3 minutes while we waited and did not charge us. He said if the simple fix did not hold, bring it back and he would have to do more major repairs and gave us the cost. It is still working fine. We brought our laptop in yesterday due to printer hook up problems since we updated to Windows 10. He checked our laptop while we waited and said it was working fine and the best solution would be to buy a new inexpensive printer compatible with Windows 10 since our printer was so old. No charge. I am not sure if it is Chris, the owner, we worked with but they are very honest, professional and friendly. Not being computer savvy, it is nice to find a place you can trust who will not take advantage of you and whom you can trust. We will always use them and highly recommend them.
