Description of Work: We had Walls R Us paint the living, dining,family and bath rooms. Their price was fair and their work was excellent! They arrived each day at the time promised and completed the job on time. I would certainly use them again for any future paint jobs and recommend them to other customers.

Description of Work: Ashley of Wall-R-Us to respond of the 3 inquiries I made. Jeff was wonderful with my mother when he came out to the house and gave us the actual estimate on the paneled room to be painted. Julio, the painter arrived promptly, worked cleanly and efficently. The room looks fantastic!

Description of Work: Jeff and Ashley were excellent. They didn't try and push more work than was needed, and the work that was done was very professional. Price was very fair and included the paint and materials. no hidden charges. The crew was respectful of our floor and furniture, and cleaned up nicely every day. Would gladly use them again!

Description of Work: We were doing renovations on two properties. We called Walls R Us for an estimate for both properties. After meeting with Jeff, we decided not to get any more estimates and just go with Walls R Us. Our instincts were right. Both properties look beauiful. Jeff delivered exactly what he promised. Great prices and done in the time frame we were promised. We had an entire house painted inside on one project and a two floor apartment painted on the second house. Jeff's painters arrived on time and treated both places like they were their own homes. The jobs together took about 8 days. Every day the houses were cleaned up when the painters left. Nothing was left out or any garbage left behind. There wasn't any paint left in sinks, wet brushes or rollers or open paint containers around. Bathrooms were spotless. The painted walls got damaged when the kitchen cabinets were put in. We called Jeff and he sent his crew over to repair the damage right away. Jeff made sure the entire apartment was perfect, Our experience with this company was excellent. We highly recommend Jeff and Ashley. Jeff was great to work with. Ashley was always available when we called and answered every question and addressed our concerns immediately. We are going to call Jeff and Ashley for our next project. Thanks guys for a great job!

Description of Work: Only got an estimate for painting 2 bathrooms and some trim. He set up an appointment and kept it. He spent a lot of time estimating the job and answering our questions. He was very professional and gave us a written estimate. The estimate was a little higher than the painter we did hire but my impression was that he would have done a good job.

Description of Work: We went with Walls-R-Us on our very first home renovation project. They came when they said they would, covered entire wood floor with drop cloths, put plastic over all furniture and cleaned up afterwards. Jeff came both mornings at 7am to check in and advise and was there when job was finished. We had two layers of wallpaper removed in living room, dinning room and entire length of hallway in wide line high ranch style home. After removing two layers we discovered two walls had a layer of paint and a third layer of wall paper underneath. Jeff recommended we leave it rather than taking a chance to destroy the wall. You can't tell there is wall paper there. We had water damage on a small section of the ceiling and wall from a skylight leak. The molded wall was cut out and a sheetrock patch was put in its place. Cracks and imperfections were filled in throughout. The ceiling line and top of walls are perfectly straight. Everything came together nicely. Jeff mentioning if we ever have a problem to give him a call was the most important thing that stood out for me. He knew I was getting my floors refinished the following week and said they would touch up walls if need be. That is a company I keep in my favorites on Angie's List. Thanks again Jeff!

Description of Work: Walls R us came out quickly to provide an estimate for wall paper removal. Estimate was priced right for the job. I called the office to schedule a date for the service after not hearing from them. The receptionist asked for availability and then said she would call back, took her a day or so to call back, said she only had 1 date available, I said I couldn't do that date, she said she would have to call me back. We went back and forth 6 times, finally when I called back after hearing a voice mail from her with a date I could do, she said "sorry we are all booked up until Feb". I asked what happened to Dec 27th as you had stated was available, she said "oh no we have other customers that needed that date". I think the job was too small and the Angie's discount offer didn't make it worth their while. Disappointing to say the least.

Description of Work: I scheduled an estimate... No show . They came the next day . I called after I bought the wall paper to arrange the work to be done. I was given a date one month from my call. They told me they only accepted cash as payment. I found this practice to be suspicious and unprofessional. I canceled the work.

Description of Work: Don't look any further. Run, do not walk, to hire them for any paint or wallpaper job you have. They are excellent. If I could give them a rating above an "A", I would do it. This is the best paint and wallpaper job my husband and I have ever had in our home in over 25 years. And the owners -- Jeff and Ashley -- are sweethearts. As soon as you meet them, you feel like you know them for years. Jeff came first and gave us an estimate. He is very professional, very learned in what he does, and has a great personality. When we retained him to do the job, his wife Ashley came to recommend colors. She is also a wonderful person and was very helpful to my husband and myself in picking out some great colors. It was an absolute pleasure working with both of them, and when they were done, the interior of our house never looked to good.. Their job consisted of interior painting of rooms after fixing/plastering the ceilings and walls; removal of old wallpaper, and application of new wallpaper. Their crew was great, they completed the job faster than we even expected, the job was excellent, and they left the house in clean and perfect condition. In addition, not only are their prices very fair, you could pay five times what they charge, and you will not get a better job.
