replacement windows
+ -1 moreIt was a big job, the windows were delayed and his communication was not good. One window was installed incorrectly and was the wrong size. After several calls, his wife told me his parents were sick and he had been away. Ok, but still a return call woud have been nice. There were a few problems with the windows, one was a mechanism issue which may have been caused by the GC. I was happy to pay but just please come fix it. The other is a larger issue. The windows were installed too far forward in the casing and one leaks and there is a noise issue. He offered to help, then vanished. The manufacturer also will not return calls. Very bad expereince.
Description of Work: I had been referred to Chris in 2007. He did work on another appartment I owned at the time. The work was good and I had no problems. I referred him to 2-3 other people. I purchased a new apartment and contacted him to again replace the windows this time with a full glass tilt and turn soundproof.

+ -1 moreHE CAME RIGHT OUT, WHICH WAS GREAT BECAUSE USUALLY YOU HAVE TO WAIT AT LEAST A WEEK. CHRIS PRICES WERE VERY FAIR, HE WAS EASY TO REACH AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. WE'RE VERY HAPPY WITH HIM AND THE JOB HE DID.
Description of Work: THEY INSTALLED 16 NEW WINDOWS THROUGH OUT OUR HOME.
