Tumminello is a GREAT plumbing company. I would not hesitate to recommend them to everyone I know. As a matter of fact as they were in the middle of our project I referred them to a friend. Mike sent over Bill, a master plumber, who is not only highly skilled and extremely knowledgeable about plumbing, but he and the other plumbers who came to work on our project are also a great bunch of guys. They are punctual and come when they say they will come. They are respectful of the house and cleaned up the work site as if they were never there. They are very friendly. They take their work seriously and they get right to work. They actually worked right through lunch and only stopped when I went to talk to them. And their rates are very reasonable. But it's the finished product that we are really impressed with. We were a little nervous because we went for a very modern European look with exposed pipes. Not only were all the fixtures put in perfectly but Tumminello even made sure all the valves came out of the wall the same distance. That's attention to detail! We are very pleased with the end result.

Workers were prompt ,respectful and hard workers and completed project on time.

I called on Sunday knowing they were closed and thought I would just leave a message and hoped to get an appointment first thing Monday morning. I was actually forwarded to the owner and he gave me his number to call first thing in the morning. I did just that and he was extremely accommodating. There is a charge for estimates but it was waived bc when they got here the hot water came back on. He checked everything to make sure everything was fine. As a new home owner, I truly appreciate the professionalism and attentiveness to my issue.

FABULOUS!!! Received a callback within hours of sending a message. Appointment made for very next day. Plumbers arrived right on time and completed the job within 2 hours. Very knowledgeable and professional. Explained all options and worked with us to solve the problem. Very fair pricing for work done. Cleaned up everything , it was like they were never here!!! Hopefully I don't have any other plumbing problems in the future but if I do, I am absolutely calling Tumminello Plumbing and Heating again!! :-)

They were quick to call me back. They presented a fair price and explained everything clearly. They cleaned up after themselves very nicely. Will highly recommend again. Replaced my shower base and several feet of plumbing. I wish they did tile and dry wall repair but they were excellent at minimizing the damage to my home. Would use them again for sure.

Plumber Mike arrived on time. Told me exactly what had to be done and gave me an estimate. He proceeded to fix all problems. He fixed both cold and hot faucets in tub. No more leaks. He fixed the stopper in bathroom sink, works as it should now. He fixed leak under kitchen sink, was an old strainer that had rusted out. He put a new one in. No more leak. Finally, I agreed to have him replace the really old kitchen faucet with a new one. Looks great and no more leaks. Mike was easy to talk to and a real professional. I did need one minor adjustment and I called office around 4:30 pm the same day and they sent Mike out again the next day and he arrived by 8:30am. He was in and out in about 15 minutes. Apparently this company really stands behind it's work and there was no extra charge for his second visit. I would not hesitate to use this company again and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a very good plumber!

Called Tuminello initially to turn on heat in my new house which had been vacant for several months, plus redo plumbing in bathroom and add plumbing for laundry. They showed up on my very first day in December to turn on heat, and as I feared, the house was not winterized properly and all the heat pipes had burst. I am so glad they were the ones who were there. There was water everywhere but they handled it so well and there was not a moment when I felt stressed that anything would be a problem. Mike assured me that his crew would be back the next day, and eveb though they were supposed to be off for a holiday party, they came and made sure to get enough of the piping installed ao the heat could be working over the Christmas weekend so nothing else would freeze. They worked fast and were neat too. They came back Monday and got my entire job, including the bathroom, new heat upstairs, laundry room, and extra zone all finished before the end of the week. Once my bathroom tile and floor were installed they were back immediately to hook up the sink and toilet. Every part of the job was done quickly and professionally... and they never left any mess. The best part is how confident I felt leaving it all in their hands.

After having a horrible experience with another company (Universe) we called Tumminello. Ashley was great and understood my anxiety in regards to the gas leak and said they could send someone the same day. She called to let me know Matt was on his way (as I had asked). He actually arrived earlier than expected which worked out very well. He was pleasant, professional and got right to work. He had it repaired in less than 30 minutes and took care of another minor leak we found as well. Needless to say, I was very happy and relieved the work was done. Would use again and recommend to others. Thank you!

Showed up on time with a full crew. They were professional and neat.

The technician Billy arrived on time explained what was to be done and estimated how long it would take he then proceded to do an excellent job within his time frame. I am very happy with the work performed and the experience with the people involved.I would not hesitate to use them again and also would recommend them.

They worked quickly and performed the job in about 1.5 hours. Very professional and very polite.

The plumber came promptly on a Sunday night in winter and took time to diagnose the problem. He was cheerful and friendly, and explained to me exactly what went wrong. He clearly enjoyed his work and was a pleasure to hire. The price was reasonable and he gave me a 10% discount.

Plumber Matt arrived promptly. He quoted us the prices before any work was done. He was knowledgeable and professional. He snaked the tub drain and cleared the obstruction. The water now drains freely and quickly. He removed and replaced the kitchen faucet with a pull out spray faucet. Looks great and works great. He also added a soap dispenser. All work was done to our satisfaction.

Service technician Matt was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He came on time and explained everything that he would do to rectify the slow drain issue I had in my upstairs bathroom sink before he started. When the issue was resolved he didn't just leave as another company did when I had the same problem, he showed me how he would test the area and ensured the issue was fixed and that their were no leaks. I am very critical on who I use for any service company, and I will definitely only use them if needed. Thanks Matt!!!

They found several gas leaks, was very clear of the charges and was done quickly given a small Blizzard. They helped with a billing issue after they were paid.

Mike and Matt checked valve, stem etc. Advised as to feasibility of replacement options. Stated pipe would most likely thaw on its own, suggested I wait to see if this occurred without springing a leak, in which case no further service would be required. This is in fact what happened, thankfully. Appreciate their candor, knowledge, punctuality, attention and courtesy. Only objection is a $189/service call fee which seems rather high. Overall, a positive experience.

Matt showed up right on time and courteously outlined how what I thought would be a minor repair would in fact be a major rebuild, and recommended a new toilet rather than continuing to sink $ into short-term solutions, due to the 30+ year age of the toilet. There was no pressure applied and Matt was reasonable, listened to my concerns, and worked with me. I would recommend this firm without hesitation.

I found this company to be very professional and honest. They provided me with an estimate for all of the work that I need done as well as what the costs would be if some things were not as we expected. They were easy to get a hold of and responded quite quickly and performed the work in a neat and professional manner.

The experience was about as good as it gets. From my first phone call to estimate to completed job, couldn't get any better. Prompt, courteous, professional, and fairly priced. Jimmy and Paul explained exactly what they were going to do and then got the job done quickly and professionally. The work area was left clean when the job was finished.

We had a flapper that was leaking pretty heavily and the valve was stuck. Mike arrived on time and quickly resolved the issues. There was no attempt to upsell and work was accomplished professionally and courteously. We are new in town and now have a plumber that we will be happy to call again when needed.
