The workers were professional. They arrived at the time scheduled, identified the problem, repaired it in a timely fashion.

Initially it went very well with responsiveness, coordination, punctuality and professionalism. Matt installed the boiler and did a phenomenal job - courteous, respectful and paid attention to detail. Only the latter part of the project - there was a breakdown in communication which led to delay in completion of the Project - I took off 1 star. Otherwise overall, they do a good quality professional job.

Was a great experience throughout! First of all, the owner Mike called back quickly, soon after I left him a message. Was able to secure a quick appointment that was accommodating for my schedule. The guys called and gave me a 30 minute warning when they were arriving. They arrived on time as promised and quickly diagnosed what the issue was and offered me suggestions. Never felt rushed or cynical of anything they had to say, guys were pleasant and I greatly appreciated it! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for knowledgeable, polite and honest plumbers. A++

Prompt service, reasonable price and helpful.

Got an hour time frame and they came on time. Their work was neat & clean. Vanity had draws and the rear required a small cut out to access the shut off valve (which they did but wasn't too difficult). Plumber supplied new trap and supply lines. Looks good. Charged $25 additional to screw old shower head off and new one on which I felt excessive when paying over $500 for the vanity job.

On a Sunday I called Tumminello Plumbing and they had someone over in 20 minutes- Dom quickly analyzed the problem and was able to complete the fix in short order- He also said the caps for the house trap needed to be replaced and he drove to the store purchased them and did the replacement- Dom was efficient, personable and professional- Tumminello will be my new go to plumber

Both toilets in the home were constantly running. We called yesterday hoping to get an appointment within the next week. To our surprise we were told they had a truck in the area and that they could come that day. Within 35 minutes they were here. This is our second time we have used them. The first was on the coldest day, of course, with a problem with our waste pipe. Both times they did not disappoint. They were punctual, reasonably priced, and on time. The whole team was a pleasure to work with. From the person that scheduled our appointment, the owner- who happened to come the first time, to the workers. I would highly recommend Tumminello Plumbing & Heating to everyone!!!!

AMAZING! Mike came on time, gave us an estimate to replace the faucet, we agreed to the work and it was completed the following day. His team was efficient and thorough. They took away the trash and the broken faucet and cleaned up the sink area. SO EASY!! We also requested an estimate to repair a loose faucet handle and a pop-up drain that wasn't working. Estimate?? Forget it....Mike just fixed it while he was there and didn't charge us. I just can't say enough about how lucky we are to have found Mike and his team.

Mike and his crew were excellent. I had several things done throughout my home and was very happy that they came earlier than scheduled. The job took approx. 5hrs. Drop clothes were placed throughout the house so that the floors were not damaged. The crew of three were all business, each had specific jobs to perform, and were a good team. The price was fair and was priced by the job not by the hour.

Let me start off by saying that I have had some bad experiences with contractors/plumbers in the past, so I was hesitant about hiring someone new. I got Tumminello's number from Angie's List originally for a leak from my basement toilet. I picked them because of all the good reviews. I was extremely impressed with the work that Kevin did. I called in the morning and he was there by noon time. He informed of the problem and cleaned up everything after he was finished. After sitting down with Mike and discussing the gas conversion, I decided to go with them. They completed the work last week and I am very satisfied with the final outcome. Matt and Mike did excellent work, as well as the chimney expert. The work was meticulous and I am very satisfied. There was a few little hiccups the day after the job, but Mike responded promptly to my concerns and remedied the problem within 2 days. I will definitely recommend using this company and will continue to use them for my plumbing needs. The new boiler looks great and is so quiet. I never thought I would be so excited about a boiler!!

James, who came to fix the problem with our shower drain was prompt and very professional. It was easy to work with him and he quickly solved our problem. We had did some comparison shopping before we picked Tumminello Plumbing and they had a much more reasonable price than the other two places. Plus, we were impressed with the reviews from you on Angie's List. We were not disappointed. We would definitely use them again.

Happened on 12-29, our family noticed that the toilet was leaking at the bottom, being a new home owner, i tried to fix it myself, thinking that it is just a wax seal problem. Long story short, i spent over 10 hours and broke the flange and panicked since this is New Years and feared that no one will be working. The problem is that the entire pipe is clogged on the outside of the house (later diagnosed by Mike and Pat) so that none of the drain are working or else it would flood the first floor toilet, i had to remove my family to a friends house for 2 days. The entire job was done in 2 days, the first day, they fixed the flange and re-install the toilet, and then they noticed that it is still leaking and they suspect a pipe clog in which they cannot do the same day due to lack of equipment and other jobs. The next day (today 1-1-2018) on New Years day, they spent 2 hours drilling the pathway, unclogged the pipes and installed a new vent, now my house is up and running. I really appreciate his work on this, the price has a holiday compensation, which he did told me and i do understand that this is OT for him, but i am not complaining, he did tell me that if i were to wait until Tuesday (1-2-2018), it would be much cheaper. Hiring a plumber for the first time and i truly like Mike's professionalism and willingness to help on such a cold day and New Year. Will recommend to my friend if they ever needed a plumber.

On Christmas night our bathroom had a major plumbing problem. We had a friend over the next day who told us it was probably a broken pipe. Water was shooting up from both the toilet and shower area, so bad that it broke the seal on the toilet. I looked on Angie's List and found Tumminello Plumbing, who had received so many good reviews. We called and set up an appointment. We explained that it must be a broken pipe. He asked us a lot of questions to understand the problem and we set up an appointment They called in the morning advising they would be arriving within 30 minutes, which they did. This morning was about 20 degress outside and they were outside for over two hours. Thankfully it was not a broken pipe just a very bad clog. It's been fixed!!!! We felt the owner was professional, courteous, reliable and most of all honest!! We were sure it was a broken pipe and honestly would not have questioned if they told us it was. We will be using them in the future and will be recommending them to family/friends. Sammy & Diane Bethpage
