Matt and his helper were professional and courteous when they came. Matt explained what he would be doing. He was clean and neat. When billing came he had to call his office to authorize a $50 gift card I had. It was denied even though it had no expiration and stated "for any plumbing job". I was not happy with this. I will not be using tuminello plumbing again. Still trying to find an honest plumbing company.

Called their office at 3PM on a Thursday and set appt. for around noontime the next day (Friday). Two men showed up early and - after inspecting the problem - gave me a very accurate estimate. I approved the work and they were able to start immediately. All work was finished quickly and professionally. Workmen cleaned up area thoroughly. Received discount on service because of Angie's list referral. Very pleased with service. Professional and personable workmen.

After super storm Sandy, we had work done in our home. No one told us at the time that it would all need to be inspected. Tumminello came in to inspect and let us know all was O.K. They were very accommodating and friendly. We would definitely contact them if necessary.

We had such trouble with our contractor. The bathroom was supposed to be ready for the plumper to install on 3 different occasions. I was afraid it would never get done but Michael and his guys never let me down the day the contractor finally finished they were Johnny on the spot (no pun intended).

It went very well. They isolated the problem, opened up the wall inside the house and made all necessary repairs. When completed they tested everything to make sure it worked. They did an outstanding job, they were very clean and professional.

Loved how quickly they arrived and left my home clean, the way it was before arrival!

He was on time, explained the issue and solved it. He explained what happened and was understanding.

They went over step by step with how the oil to gas conversion process works along side with National Grid, as well as what rebates are available to me through the National Grid program. All work performed was to my satisfactory, professional, honest and clean thus far. When the job started, everything went as explained, no surprises, etc. Overall, I rate them an excellent company and will recommend to all in the future, and am now a lifelong client!!

Mike always answers our calls. Either he or one of his men comes promptly. They are always polite, professional and well priced. My elderly parents live in our Levittown home and Mike takes special care of them. They come on weekends as well in case of emergency. (Leaking hot water heater.)
