 + -1 moreI would highly recommend Hank to anyone looking to purchase a home. It was very easy to arrange an appointment, usually within a week. He has inspected four homes for me, and saved me from making big mistakes on the first three. He is very knowledgeable in this field and explained everything fully in a manner that was easy to understand - no phrases or terms specific to his industry only. I feel that his fees were the best money I spent in my very long house search. If a grade higher than A were available, that's what he would get!
Description of Work: Performed a Very Complete home inspection. Took his time and explained everything he was looking at and answered any and all questions fully. Anything he did not have complete information on (i.e. specific heating system) he sent to me within days. He not only explained any issues, but also explained why they were problems and how they should be addressed.

 + -1 moreThe inspector is a complete scam artist and should lose his license. If you find a house you really love do not hire him. He will tear the home apart so you do not buy it in order to gain your trust so you hire him for the next home and he gets paid again He will bring up issues that create fear on purpose with no facts or evidence so the buyer gets scared to buy the house He steals money from the buyer and destroys deals for his personal gain
