Description of Work: Robert from Highlander was easy to deal with from the onset. He was punctual, understood our needs and worked within our budget. He also pointed out back in late November that our damaged roof could not withstand a major storm and was able to fit us into his busy schedule before Christmas! They arrived on time, did a great job and when finished you couldn't tell they were here. Well done Highlander!!! will recommend and use again if need be.

Description of Work: This company really knows their business. Bob's estimate was right on target and actually lower than most roofers. His quality is what really sets him appart. I had my whole roof replaced. 50% of the roof needed new sheeting. They replaced 80% of the fascia, included in the estimate, along with copper flasing on the chimeny, which most contractors no longer offer. He also provided a ridge vent, new louver vents, and a solar attic fan. This is old school craftsmanship. This is no rip and skip company. Bob's team were all courteous and left my home and lawn cleaner then when they arrived. The gutters were sub-contracted by a highly professional company and are also immpecaby installed. Highlander was actually reccommended to me by a few co-workers, so I came to angies list to check him out. You can not go wrong with this company. I will reccommend Highlander to all family and friends.

Description of Work: HIGHLANDER - BOB HAS DONE AN OUTSTANDING JOB ON MY HOUSE NOT ONCE...BUT 3 TIMES. FIRST HIRED IN 1998 DID MY ROOF SECOND, TIME A FEW YEARS LATER I HAD A PROBLEM DUE TO THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE HOUSE, AND CHOICE OF ROOF, HE RECOMMENDED A FRAMER TO FIX THE ISSUE. (THIS PERSON WAS RELIABLE) AND HE CAME AND REROOFED THE AREA UNDER WARRANTY. THIRD LAST MARCH A TREE LANDED ON MY HOUSE POPPING A HOLE IN THE ROOF. I NEEDED IT DONE AND AS IT SEEMED, SO DID EVERYONE ELSE...HE CAME AND REPAIRED THE LEAK UNTIL HIS TEAM COULD COME AND REDO THE WHOLE ROOF. MY FAMILY WERE ROOFERS, AND SOME STILL ARE... BUT I WILL ONLY USE BOB FROM HIGHLANDER. HE IS AN HONEST AND GOOD MAN. JOHN SCANLAN
