I called customer service to all for assistance with my cable which seemed to be frozen. The wait time was minimal and the operator was helpful and knowledgeable. My issue was resolved within 20 minutes. I was pleased with the ems result.

Their prices are high but their service is good.

They are ok. They are the only ones in this area to use for tv service. They are pretty good about getting back to you.

I never had problems. On a rare occasion that I have a question, they are always very helpful.

I love it because it is the fastest Internet connection I have ever had. I decided that I just could not afford it and I had to plan something affordable that I could use in the house. I could probably get a better price if I use the phone. They also service all the surrounding state. I haven't had anything bad with them. I liked everything they did. They came out when they said they would. They hooked it up for me with no problems and since then I have not had a problem. Their price is cheaper. I pay an extra $4 dollar a month that gives me the option if I ever had any problems with it, they would come out and not charge me anything.

Optimum Online has good service. They offer limited channels.

They have always been excellent. They maintain the speeds that they tell me they should be. The billing is seamless. I've had a little more wait to get hold of people on the phone since they switched. The price is pretty good but I wish it was a little less expensive.
