BROTHERS 3 POOLS

After spending 35k on a semi in ground pool. Agreeing to an install of 7.6k.to a company that they recommended. I understand we might run into problems, but I was taken for another 5k on top of that for “dewatering” of inches for a puddle on high tide I was left with slabs of concrete larger than a dining table. When I tried reaching out to 3brothers to my salesman Chris parlapiano through email, phone calls, and left voicemails, I got a response from Rob who said he would relate the message, yet still no response from my sales person. I get it I know you guys are making hand over fist money with covid and customers wanting pools, and my business is not much compared to the inflow, and that’s fine, it’s capitalism at its best. However, I would expect a company that prides themselves as being the #1 Long Island pool company would have at least the audacity to respond and have better customer service. What make things worse is that the installer they recommend left me with slabs of concrete that I have to now pay another couple of thousand to remove. My wife fed the installers snacks all day gave themwater and even ordered pizza for lunch, doing the right and humane thing. I even offered them a bathroom because I work outdoors and I know how it is. We now look out our surveillance cameras and see that on the “dewatering” all they did was place a pump in the puddle to suck out water with a hose, I have a pump that I purchased from Amazon at 90 dollars to do the exact same thing, the cameras also caught workers peeing in my yard after we offered them our bathroom to use. I feel that I should be compensated for the amount of money spent. My wife will be posting the videos to the Facebook Nassau county moms page, Suffolk county moms page, and tagging your company, Angie’s lists, Yelp, Instagram, and any other social media site we deem fit. We feel that we were taken advantage of because now the pool has begun digging you hit water and find concrete slabs. They have us against the walls and it’s not like we can just say stop all work while we shop around quotes.

They subcontract everything out. They recommend all separate companies. I would not recommend them.

Outstanding experience. I bought my pool from brothers 3 (semi inground) at the end of the season about 3 years ago. Dealt with Dan who is aces. Honest, reasonable, and a pleasure to work with. It doesn’t end with the purchase. Their honesty brings me back to them (not the closest pool place to me) every year. When you go to a pool store to get water tested in the beginning of a season to see what kind of chemicals you need and they tell you “your water is perfect. You don’t need anything.”, you know you’re in the right place. That’s basically a no sale encounter for them but it really gives them credibility. Also, I’ve contacted my salesman, Dan, via email on multiple occasions for advice on things. ALWAYS responsive to my questions and concerns. Customer service at its best. A+++ would highly recommend. Honesty is everything in business and you’ll get it here!

They delivered all items on time as promised recommended expediter, pool installer, electrician , fence installer and Patio Pavers installer. all went perfect- no issues at all.

From the moment we walked into the store, I knew this was the right choice. Dan Levine went out of his way to make this a very user friendly experience, helping us every step of the way. The installation of the pool by Sparkle Pools was just as wonderful. The workers were friendly and courteous and went above and beyond in the work. My only downfall to this entire experience was the use of Raia Landscaping for the excavation and restoration. Communication was horrible, we were quoted a price and he came back after the fact with a price that was $750-$800 higher (which Brothers 3 quickly took care of) They did not show up when scheduled, then showed up late the next day and worked until almost 9:30 at night. Left the backyard in complete disarray for over 2 weeks again with horrible communication until Brothers 3 again stepped in as mediator and when I finally got a call back I was given a nasty attitude for calling Brothers 3 from Raia Landscaping. They are supposed to be here tomorrow to finish the job , I certainly hope they do although it will not change my opinion of Raia Landscaping. Thank god for Brothers 3 and all their help in making everything perfect.

Horribly. The liner faded in a year and stretched from the top, poor installation. Was very thin and had holes in it the second year which we had to have plugged. Way overpriced. And they guy they recommended for decking and brickwork turned out to be a scam and ripped us off for thousands of dollars. Never saw him again, and they insisted we use him!

Just beware that once you buy the pool you are at the mercy of their installers, which are not professional and do not help guide you along the way. Pool I have is great but can't even use it now because it things I was not told I had to do..do your homework. I learned my lesson!

Dealing with Brothers Pool was a pleasure from the start. Jen was pleasant, professional and knowledgable about their product and services that were offered. The quality of their pools is worth the extra cost compared to the average pool company. Even the installer and other personnel they recommended were all very professional, clean and punctual.

Purchased a 15 foot round above ground pool from them with numerous accesories.Salesman Jim was very helpful and patient with us.They provided names of recommended installers for when the pool was delivered. They came on time to deliver the pool and we had it installed without any problems. Went back to the store several times with questions about maintaining the pool and they were very helpful and explained evereything very thouroughly. Pool is excellent and we enjoyed it tremendously this summer

I would highly recommend Brothers 3 Pools. While their prices are higher than their competitors, the quality of their pools, and customer service is worth paying a little more for. We purchased a pool from Island Req about 6 years ago and the pool completely rotted out and their customer service is horrible, can't get through for assistance, horrible...so when I went to Brothers 3, I was amazed at the professionalism and knowledge of the salesman James and all of their workers. Everyone in there goes out of their way to help you. The salesman James explanied everything in detail to us and made us feel like valued customers. After I purchased the pool, I had a question and immediately got James on the phone and my question was answered, no waiting for frustration. The installation company that Brothers 3 recommended (Sparkle) did an excellent job installing the pool. We were amazed at the quality of the pool, solid as can be! So from the purchase to the installation, everything went absoultly perfect, we were very pleased. We love our pool so if you're doing to do it right, definitely go to Brothers 3 for a good qualify pool and top notch Customer Service.

Great pools and filters, great product. Lower the price by $150.00 and leave out the pool package. Most people who pay more for a better pool like the same quality accessories.

THE COMPANY WAS NOT HONEST WITH US, AND THEY DID NOT STAND BEHIND THE ORIGINAL WORK. I HAD ANOTHER COMPANY COME AND REPLACE THE LINER. THE COMPANY WAS DISHONEST.
