very badly . they never came out
Description of Work: They were called regarding a back up of water in our drainage. The sump pump wasn,t working. When I contacted them the owner asked me what he should charge to come out on a holiday. I replied whatever your normal fee is. He stated that if I expected him to come out on a holiday and be taken away from his family he would have to charge at least $300. I informed him that I thought it was excessive. He replied take it or leave it. I left it. My purpose in writting is to inform Angies list of one of their recommendations being a vulture and to advise people not to use him.
