Apollo Contracting Corp

Apollo was great. They were responsive and did a thorough job repairing my roof leak, replaced flashing, installing new fascia and new gutters. The siding needed to be removed but everything was replaced as if nothing was changed. Job was completed in 1 day and any mess was cleaned up. A little pricier than other contractors but well worth it. Haven’t had a problem since.

They also had to do some repair work, some termite damage. I did shop around. It was good price, a fair price. Their workmanship was good. They did everything they said they would. Any correction, the smallest thing that I found that I thought wasn't perfect, they corrected. I thought they were absolutely wonderful. I dealt with the crew themselves and I also dealt with the salesperson. They were all delightful to work with. Their work was excellent.

The workers were on the roof ripping of the existing shingles, they were kidding around on top of the roof. The Foreman was not taking responsibility for his crew. I went out later and asked for the foreman, and I had found out that he was not on the job. The job was done with no supervision from the foreman or the owner of the company. When the job had finished there were ripples all over the roof. The owner came out to get a check he had taken notes on what I told him was wrong. He did not seem to want to take ownership for the problems that were wrong, and he has never came out to fix the job. This was just a general contracting job to see how the services were provided. After the seeing the work completed I did not want to contract for the remodel job inside of my home.

They installed all new windows, but the new door we had installed is leaking air all around it and all the cold is coming in.

I want to take a moment to commend Larry -owner and Douglas -construction manager and his staff on my skylight install project. You demonstrated your commitment to providing a quality project for me,paying attention to detail while coordinating all aspects of the work. You completed in my requested time frame. How rare is that? Cleaned up like you were never here each day. Loved this a lot. My skylights no doubt was a challenging undertaking due to the roof height. Douglas was amazingly professional and positive the entire time. He mastered it. My skylights look awesome! Again thanks for a beautiful job. Chris came to our home last June and took measurements. He said he could start the job later in the summer but the team we wanted to complete the work was not available until the fall, so we waited. Peter and Jimmy did most of the work although Apollo contracted out the plumbing the electrician, and the mason. Overall everything was done beautifully. The quality of the job was top notch. Even in this cold winter the pipes did not freeze (despite freezing in our other bathroom - not remodeled by Apollo). Peter and Jimmy are wonderful. They did everything they said they would. They were polite, punctual, and competent. There were some minor issues with Chris the owner. The electrician that was hired by Apollo wanted to charge us extra for the dimmer switch that was originally part of the contract. The electician threatened not to install the dimmer if we didn't pay him money separately. I called Chris after the fact and over 50 dollar difference in price Chris didn't want to give in. That was 50 dollars on an entire bathroom. It was upsetting but in the end he relented. Chris also claimed before the work began he would try and do some things but when they didn't work out (like putting in built in storage) there was no adjustment on price. Chris also said he would stop by daily but he only came by to collect periodic payments. Overall I am happy with Apollo and would hire them again but just make sure you get every single possible thing in writing as I guess you should with any contractor.

He is like the best in the world. We have been using him for 18 years for every window, extension, kitchen and bedroom redo. They have been working for me since I moved in this house. I've had things that had become an issue after years on jobs they did in the past and they've come back for it. He is fair. He is a real man. He is responsive and cares. He treats our home like it's his. Every single person that works for him is that way. They really care.

It was excellent. John was pleasant, and he worked quickly and smoothly during the entire job. The house looks beautiful thanks to his efforts.

The owner Larry went over the entire project, advised my wife on colors and made sure all of our request and questions were answered to our approval. Did some extra's and almost became a member of our family. Apollo's workers came to work and under the leadership of Walter performed exceptionally. We are not easy people to work with, and they handled it well.

They were absolutely outstanding! I loved the job they did on our house and in fact, the crew that they sent were so very nice and professional that I even had a hard time getting them to take advantage of the lemonade and ice tea that I served them. They cleaned up the area and that really just topped off our experience.

We were extremely pleased with the quality of the products and workmanship. Before starting, Apollo sent a letter to our neighbors informing them that they would be starting the job and that they would try to do the work with a minimum of inconvenience and disruption. The crew was capable, professional, respectful and painstaking in their commitment to detail. They cleaned up every day before leaving. They started when they told us, they finished ahead of schedule and we were extremely pleased with the workmanship. Before we paid at the end, the owner did a complete review of the job and full inspection. During that inspection, he spotted a single nail high up on a fascia board that was sticking out, he sent the crew back to hammer it in. We would use them again and have recommended them to friends and neighbors.

THEY WERE VERY HONEST. I THINK THEY WERE EASY TO TALK TO. THE OVERALL QUALITY OF WORK WAS GREAT. COULD I HAVE FOUND BETTER YES, BUT ANY CHEAPER, NO.

THIS IS A FABULOUS COMPANY. THE QUALITY OF WORK IS GOOD AND THE WORKERS ARE FANTASTIC. THEY INSTALLED THE DOOR NEATLY AND PROFESSIONAL. NOW THE DOOR NO LONGER SQUEAKS THANKS TO APOLLO.
