The company called me right away and came down to resolve the AC problem. The guys were knowledgeable, explained everything to me and resolved my problem plus gave me a 1 year warranty.

They just recharged one of my two central HVAC units with Freon and a charge of EasySael. They offered to come out on a Sunday morning. Working time 3/4 hour, retail cost of EasySeal $40, Freon (max) $20. They handed me a bill of $815 ! ! ! Cash or check. As complained, they insulted me and drove away. !/2 hour later, I got a call from the secretary and I was threatened with putting a lean on the house if I would not pay. I am willing to pay for their work a reasonable price, but not $815 !

We were without heat during a serious cold snap and even though we were prepared to shiver through it, Phil was especially concerned for our welfare. He & his partner William were thorough. They worked diligently and swiftly to repair the problems with our gas furnace. They left it looking like new and we're toasty AF. Especially happy to have a 2 year warranty on parts and labor. How often does that happen?

Excellent service. A great value and very professional.

We feel we were charged too much but since we needed the garage heater fixed we had no choice. After 3 parts were changed the unit worked for only a short time. I will say the owner returned and is doing his best to obtain another part that hopefully will get the unit working again. Owner is keeping in touch as we await this replacement part. Hopefully this story will have a happy ending for all of us.

I did not have a good experience with All Island. They were unprofessional, and poor at communicating what they were doing and what I was paying for. I would not recommend using.

was a bit pricey but William the tech did give me some options to.save money. 2 Techs were sent both were professional and courteous William the lead Tech explained everything very well and was able to fix the problem even though I still have to replace the furnace I have a little more time to get my finances in order and will definitely use them for the replacement.

The diagnostic at the beginning wasn't correct later on fixed but I was also given warranty.

Phil is so kind and understanding. He knew that having to replace my furnace was a surprise since it had already been replaced after Sandy and he did everything in his power to save me money. He sent two wonderful young men with total knowledge of my problem to first look over and then unfortunately have to replace my heating system. Everything was explained to me and the young men that were sent were courteous, caring and professional. I recommend All Island Heating and Air to everyone.

They diagnosed my furnace as being dead (which I already knew would be the case) and installed a new one the very next day. They even provided me with space heaters for the one night that i was heatless.

Phil is trustworthy - explained my furnace problem in laymen's terms, was very clear on my options and the associated costs. Was very timely and called to keep me posted on his whereabouts when stepping out to purchase a part. He guaranteed his work and going forward, I know Phil is the person to call for my future heating requirements and I would recommend him to others who are considering heating repair/service. Great techs, diagnosed the problem with my A/C quickly and thoroughly. 3 stars for customer service however. 1st appointment was missed and no call until 7 hours later so I gave them.a second chance and rescheduled, the boss gives you a 8:30am to 9:30am time slot and the guys show up at 10:15am if the guys at the office can match the techs, this would be a 5 star review

Phil replaced a boiler for me during the winter of 2017 . I was initially very unhappy because the new boiler took up a lot of space in my very small washroom and not because the job was done sloppily.. Then my dryer broke down and I needed to replace both dryer and washer. I called Phil and he responded right away . He did a great job making making the space work. My utility area is smaller because of the larger boiler but I'm everything is working well. He's very professional and efficient. Phil and his worker William are very knowledgeable and are experts in their field. I watched them work and am very impressed with their work and their work ethics.

We hired this company to perform annual maintenance on our gas boiler. The man who came was very knowledgable and showed us that our boiler unfortunately had to be replaced.
