Description of Work: So far I've had just a phone conversation with the owner regarding a competitor's proposal. He was very nice and sent his son over to take the measurements. We've paid a deposit of $400 and we're hoping for an early May installation. So far, so good.

+ -1 moreThey put it a little bit too high. I did not like the way they put it up. I called them back and he indeed agreed that it was too high. He said that he would lower it. I said that if he lowered it, then he would have to change the configuration and he agreed. In the end, I said that I really didn’t like the way he did it. I was dumfounded, because he said that he would like to make me happy and said that he would have to adjust it anyway. He told me let us design an all new awning, and that he will get me a new awning and make me happy. He did not charge me anything. I deviated from what the original plan was; I changed what I wanted. So not only is he amending what he has to do but he has agreed to redo the whole thing as a courtesy. It means having to make a whole new frame. His customer satisfaction went above and beyond anything I had a right to. I think that was amazing. Part of the reason is that they had to remake the frame anyway as it couldn’t have been brought down, because of the way they made it. But they could have adjusted the frame; they could have just added a piece to it. Instead he is doing the whole thing over and redesigning it. It is getting put up this week. With regard to price, I got another one six years ago and that was $230 more than this one.

Description of Work: They were rude, totally lied about when i would receive my awnings on many many phone calls after dodging me countless times. Family run and the mother who answers the phone is by far the rudest person Ive ever dealt with. The install was done incorrectly and in two different times as they could not seem to get it right. They removed hardware and never replaced it after a year i;ve given up. Awnings are baggy and just done so poorly. Checked BBB after the fact they have a F rating. should have known. so hard to find awning person who is good but these are the absolute worst people I've ever given money to!

+ -1 morebig delay in materials and instalation, with the cuts and patterns all wrong, and a patch work job to finish. I would not recomend them to make even placemats for my table.
