Danny is great. Very professional. Knows his areas of expertise and performs his duties with dispatch and energy. Easy to talk to. Always concerned about the customer's needs and sees that their requests are complied with. Will answer any questions even if the client thinks that they may seem odd. Every ready to explain what he is or is about to do. Works safely and carefully, Ever concerned about the individuals property and well being. If he his unfamiliar with the work you may require he will speak out not try to bluff through it. I highly recommend him.

The contractor responce was quick, price was fair work was delayed due to the weather but once mother nature got on board the projects went right along. There was no payment requested or expected until after the work was done and I was satisfied. The contractor was here when he said he'd be here and worked non-stop with the exception of lunch. He left his phone in the truck and was not interrupted by calls. he gave me 100 % of his time.

Scheduling was tricky, but only due to excessive rain this Spring. Once the work was started, Dan came every (dry) day to finish. As the work progressed, the scope expanded due to damage that was not apparent when first estimated, and he advised us of the additional costs before he proceeded.

After a little phone tag, the project was scheduled and done. I think he did a fine job on our 50's era chimney. A few of the bricks were missing/ unusable and somehow DL made it look like there had never been anything wrong with it. I now looks better than our neighbors! Also, the price was right and he did a great job of cleaning up after, too. Very courteous and efficient. I'd call him again in the future for our masonry needs.
