These guys are pros. Great communication. Available at any time over the phone with questions. They'll always get back to you and take customer satisfaction seriously. I would hire them again in a heartbeat and probably will for a reverse osmosis in the near future.
Description of Work: Diagnosed a water softener issue for me, including calling the manufacturer to see if there were repair solutions (Crappy GE product from Lowes-Long story). Deemed the softener unsafe (correctly). Subtracted the cost of the service call from the installation price of the new softener.

Company is very responsive and down to earth. They follow through and do what they say they will. I've used them for both a softener and reverse osmosis. A seal/gasket in the water spigot failed about 4 months after install. They came out and fixed it no questions asked. This company does quality work and are easy to work with. They'll also take the time to explain routine care and use of their products. Great company.

They're very good. They are excellent. They have been excellent with us.
Description of Work: They come out once a year and do the full maintenance. They take care of anything we have questions to. They come in and take care of the water softener. We also have a filtering system.
